I was trying to explain my situation and I guess I ran out of credit not knowing I was paying with credits I thought the 19.99 covered my readings but again I lose! Thanks for everything I can afford it !

I wish I read the reviews below before deciding to test this application. It is a big scam. I bought the 1 time offer of $19.00 to test the app and got charged unexpectedly $29.00 the next months. 2 days before the charge, they sent me an email that I didn't notice for some reasons, but in the email, they said they are going to charge $19.00 and they charged $29.00 instead. And they don't want to refund. We need to act to stop this scam before they make more victim. Any idea of how to stop them? Please, let's stop this financial bleeding and prevent further harm to other brothers and sisters that may fall in this trap.

App not user friendly
App not user friendly. App not helpful. Subscription taken even though I didn't want to continue. Found it impossible to gain a refund. Very poor. Shame on Auraly

I had continuing issues with this app…
I had continuing issues with this app malfunctioning. I repeatedly sought resolution through the available "support" only to receive nothing more than apologies with no action to resolve the malfunction. I was also continually offered a refund. Their policy clearly states is no refunds are given under any circumstances. I pointed this out in an email including a screenshot of their Refund Policy stating no refunds given which they completely ignored. The only logical conclusion is their only concern was the money the received from me when I subscribed. I feel this is just another example of greed.

This app please don't get. My email that was linked to my bank account was hacked. I immediately notify the support center and told them what happened. I also said that I would HAVE NEVER PURCHASED so it is UNAUTHORIZED. Got told that it was MY FAULT and NOT THEIR'S , that they aren't refunding me the $44.00 now I am screwed can't get groceries which I would HAVE used it for.
THIS APP IS FRAUD and someone there can hack.

I’ve only just joined. The app gives me everything I need in one place so it suits me. But it’s early days

Not sure how the pinpointed exactly when I was feeling but they did a good job and was very close to home

Being in a blue abusive relationship took everything from me broke my heart on lies trust to other people that listen anything I said made me look guilty because they believe the lies, so I stay silent for around 3 years to build myself build my heart build my self-esteem Bill who I was my hope by faith my spirit it was a journey a blessing from God push me through thank God Amen
