Looked at many direct cremation companies but as this was family run it persuaded my decision.
The setting up was very straight forward and spoke to a very nice gentleman.

Very good no pressure discussed all options fully and left it with me to decide on the options until I had made a decision

Very lovely company, helpful and understanding and helped me all the way with complications from no internet during bad weather while living in France and trying to book a funeral for my mother in the uk. Also refunded me without being asked, the difference,for booking the dearer package funeral 2 days before she died. I highly recommend! First class.

Great customer service , lovely people , easy to arrange , great price , cheaper than pure cremations , plus more features . Plus no extra charges if you wish to pay over 12 / 24 months . We took out 2 plans in the end , so the children werent left with a huge bill , as a lot of family members are . Also fully covered by FCA AND FSCS , so fantastic peace of mind , so all excellent , we were very pleased , plus as an added bonus , £50 off , and we werent bombarded by sales people , like pure cremations do . The lady i talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable on the product, and more importantly I wasn't pushed into taking up a policy.

We have just bought two cremation plans with Aura we spoke with a young man called Jimmy he was patient and explained everything that we asked he was informative and in no way pushy he made our experience easy so glad to have made our decision to make our plans with Aura we can now get on with our lives knowing we're in safe hands when we need them .

Applying for the Aura Funeral Plan was very easy. We were even informed about an offer for two policies, which was helpful. Email responses were quick and everything was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The follow up emails to check how we were doing were a really nice touch. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Such a lovely lady answered my phone call and all my questions. I explained that I was planning for my future and I wanted a direct cremation as I have no family or religion. She was wonderful, explained everything, sent me an email with the details and they were completely transparent about costs. I knew that they were the company for me after speaking to other companies. Even buying the funeral was easy and straightforward.

After reading other company services and actual reviews, I decided to go with Aura. They get what is important to families after you lose a loved one. While you are grieving you don't need to be worried about sorting out arrangements, which can be very stressful and overwhelming at a very sad time. With this funeral plan it takes all that away and let's family grieve without any worries, and more important no extra cost to them, it is all paid for. The experience was very straight forward, a few relevant questions over the phone with a very nice employee. Then a brochure and form to fill in including your personal plan and wishes. Pay in one lump or over 12months /24 months, which can help make things easier.

I Put it off for two and a half years to get a funeral plan in the end I chose Aura gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and calm explained all the details and basically our assigned up pay for it that's the best thing I've ever did I wrote 10 out of 10
