There are so many problems with this company i dont know where to start but will just give you an idea.
You can never get though to them on the phone with problems.
They have an inefficient website that told me my pAyment had not gone through so when i redid it later they made a duplicate booking charging me twice over $2000 Australian . The cancellation fee is A $1183 . You cant do anything about it as they Re based in the Phillipines but the parent company are flight centre so on principle i will never deal with them again either .
I wish I had looked into them first . So buyer beware ignore this at your peril . I am only trying to prevent others from making my mistake . I note that they often respond as though they Are not T fault but that is part of the scam
