I would not purchase from Audrey and Wolf again after my experience with them. I attempted to contact them several times before I made my purchase from them. They never responded even though their own policy on their website states they will respond within 48 hours. I took the plunge and made a very (nerve wrackingly) expensive purchase anyway. But I continued to get the same silent treatment from them. I had to email and then call just to get an idea of when my item would be shipped instead of them telling me (their policy states shipment up to 3 working days). It took them 6 days to actually ship it to me and I still had to repeatedly contact them for information like the tracking number. Their customer service is just downright awful. I’ve also taken my item to a local reputable jeweler for confirmation of Audrey and Wolf’s description of it and there are discrepancies. I did choose to keep the item I bought because I do, in the end, really love it, however I can’t recommend this shop.

Customer service is excellent. They reached out to me as soon as the purchase was completed to see if I needed my ring sized. It was immediately shipped to the US with tracking updates. My ring arrived looking more beautiful than the pictures. Excellent seller. I hope to purchase another antique jewelry piece from them.

I was a little hesitant with purchasing a piece of jewellery from an overseas store, however, this transaction far exceeded my expectations. There was no issues setting up a lay away, Louise was super flexible. I asked to have the broach converted to a ring, this process was super quick (and cheap in relation to the quotes I got in Aus). I received my parcel within 8 days of shipping and I'm absolutely in love with the ring!!! Thank you so much Louise - I couldn't be any happier with the whole process.

I was able to use layaway on a special pearl ring that I chose for my daughter. I paid over several months snd replies to my questions were very prompt snd explicit. The ring arrived and was just as portrayed in the photos. Customer service snd delivery were excellent . The packaging was especially good .. thoroughly wrapped up and safe .
