No service, poor Customer Service, rip off

I had the same issue as the last person they cancelled my membership when I paid for 80USD I think for a whole year. Saying they are no longer doing Music and selecting certain types of people. They said they will refund me See email: Hello, I hope you're doing well.
This is Arianna, Director of Compliance at Audio Protect. I hope this message finds you well.
We have always prided ourselves on being one of the few platforms supporting music creators, and we've worked tirelessly to protect the music you produce. Despite our legal team’s best efforts to dispute and defend against copyright infringements, we've recently encountered significant issues due to the growing number of clients misusing our service. Some have gone as far as registering stolen music from well-known artists and passing it off as their own, which has led to legal action against us.

This not only impacts us but also affects our entire community, as we face restrictions from copyright organizations. Because we stand by you, and due to the misuse by unethical clients, we want to inform you of an important update regarding the direction of Audio Protect. While we’ve always strived to help creators like you protect your music, the increasing misuse and influx of users have compromised our ability to provide the high-quality, personalized service we are known for.

From the start, our vision was to keep Audio Protect as a boutique service, offering personalized support and care. However, as our client base has grown, we’ve faced longer response times, increased use of automated solutions, and a shift toward becoming a large distributor — something we never wanted.
We had to choose between two distinct paths: either evolving into a global distribution company reliant on chatbots & Automated Systems or staying true to our founding principles by maintaining a small, focused client base. This second path allows us to prioritize personalized support, meaningful communication, and the ability to address each client’s unique needs with care and attention, ensuring a superior and more human-centered experience, something like Live Chats Support.

What’s Changing?
To realign with our core values, Audio Protect will now focus on serving a smaller group of dedicated clients. This means:
Your plan will no longer be available and are now deactivated.
Refunds will be issued to clients with yearly plans, even if you’ve already used our services, you'll still get a refund.
You will still retain copyrights for any songs you’ve successfully registered with us, and all revenue generated will remain accessible for withdrawal.
Your Options:

Option to Opt-Out: If you decide to leave Audio Protect, you’ll no longer have access to upload new tracks, but your existing copyrighted content will remain protected, and we’ll ensure a seamless transition, including a refund, and also you'll have the ability to withdrawal any revenue generated by your tracks.
Option to Upgrade: If you'd like to continue with our services, you can find all the details on our pricing page.
Please note that while some features may no longer be accessible, these plans are tailored for a select group of clients and include premium benefits like live chat support. If our services & prices don't meet your needs, you can opt out of Audio Protect, and we'll issue a refund.

We understand this change may feel sudden, but it’s a decision we made to improve the experience for those who continue with us. We want every client to feel valued, heard, and supported — not just treated as a number.

What’s Next?
All songs currently in progress or under review will be placed on hold until you make your decision.
You simply need to choose whether to opt-out and get a refund or enroll in our new structure.

This restructuring is our way of recommitting to the creators who genuinely value and need to protect their musical assets.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We hope to continue supporting your creative endeavors, but most importantly, we want to do so in a way that truly benefits you.
Warm regards!

Its a scam. I was told about the website through youtube. I signed up for it, paid $60+ for a year's membership. The site vanished after couple of months. And now it does not even let me log in or reset my password to log in. Its complete SCAM!

Concerns About Legitimacy

I attempted to use Audio Protect for content protection, but I encountered some red flags. The website lacks comprehensive company information, and I couldn't find it listed in official directories. Additionally, some online reviews question its legitimacy. Given these concerns, I decided to explore alternative services with more established reputations.

Quick Registration but Limited Transparency

I used Audio Protect to register a few tracks. The registration process was swift, and my music was promptly protected. However, I noticed a lack of detailed information regarding the company's background and operations. While the service delivers on its promises, greater transparency would enhance trust and user confidence.

Efficient Protection for AI-Generated Music

As an independent artist experimenting with AI-generated music, I found AudioProtect.net to be a valuable tool. The platform efficiently registered my tracks with Content ID, ensuring they were protected across major platforms like YouTube and TikTok. The dashboard is user-friendly, allowing me to manage my catalog and monitor usage seamlessly. I appreciate the prompt customer support and the peace of mind knowing my creations are safeguarded.

This is a Fraud

They take too long to respond, and they have also disappeared. You pay for the service, and they don’t do the copyright for your songs. I feel like this is a fraud.

STAY AWAY - NO SERVICE PROVIDED, NO ANSWERS RECEIVED

My experience is very similar to most people here.
To sum it up: they cancelled my original plan without explaining, my service and the plans I was discussing with them got halted, they did not answer my questions, they don't refund.
Not recommended, they make money out of your trust and effort.
A BIG NO.

They were upset for us been upset

So, I got a very disappointing response from Audio Protect, I will update it here. I hope this will help people to decide what to do with the service. I am writing this here since they again, decided not to respond to our voices of common sense.

First, I sent an email of displeasure to Audio Protect on Jan 11. I was an unlimited member, much like all of you. But I only got a response after I put a review here. And that was no coincidence. They responded saying they were displeased that I wrote my honest feelings toward their unacceptable customer treatments.

To summarize their email, they stated that we are lucky to have their service, and if it wasn’t for them, any AI-generated music would have been rejected. Yes, you all heard me right. They think they are the only ones capable of serving copyright to AI-generated music, and they are very disappointed that we are leaving our honest reviews. It sounded like we owe them for their paid services.

They claim that “some” users use the service in a way that is against their design. I do not know what that means, and I doubt this is true. But to be fair, it is none of the customers' business that a company lacks in controlling the service that they’ve made. And making the problem caused by some minority group all our fault is simply immature, irresponsible, and dishonest.

They also claim that we are getting many upgrades on the current services, such as unlimited whitelisting and chat help services. I asked them if that is true and why I don’t see any of that in the so-called standard plan to which they've downgraded us. There is only one whitelisting allowed and no copyrights for AI-generated music for the standard plan. It is a massive downgrade. And to have the whitelisting and copyrights for AI music, there are no other ways to choose but the crazy $420 plan.

It is a common dignity that once you buy something, you own it. You don’t expect us to buy a computer, but suddenly, the store comes back, robbing your computer and demanding more than double the price for a similar computer. That’s what I said to them.
Companies need to make money, and we are always happy to help, but only if that company is honest—something they lack entirely. Especially when they make it the customers' fault for their lack of management. The absolute truth is that they do this just because they want more money. There’s nothing more behind it.

They wanted me to remove my reviews, and I said all the reviews they see here are honest "customer reactions " to the “actions” Audio Protect took against us. None will change anything when it is them who caused the issue and not resolving any.

If the preexisting customers who already had the unlimited plan were getting the same deal as before, or at least receiving unlimited AI-generated music and a few whitelisting channels included in the new standard plan, that would have been something many of us would have considered. We wouldn’t be happy, of course, but at least something we might have agreed.

It’s been a few days, and perhaps I will never get a reply since I did not agree to remove my review without changes on their side. None of my questions were ever answered. It was very much “you listen to us and agree or else go away, but don’t leave any negative reviews” kind of email it was.

Copyrighting AI-generated music just started, and we will soon have abandoned services we can choose from. Something Audio Protect fails to see, believing only they can offer such.

Audio Protect is responsible for refunding in full for anyone who discontinues the service. I hear some aren’t receiving the refund, so I suggest writing a review. Most people only care to respond when their names are exposed in public. It’s sad that they only care about their reputation and not their customers, but that’s nothing new today. Just write your honest experience. That should do the trick.

I will report back if I do get a response back from them. And hope this time we will receive an actual customer service.

Simply put, it is a SCAM

It's likely that you found your way here after a YouTuber praised Audio Protect as an excellent platform for copyrighting AI-generated music and lyrics. Their presentation may have convinced you that this is a trustworthy service.

However, I must urge you to reconsider. Audio Protect is not what it seems. They have no reliable customer service, and your emails are unlikely to receive a response—your only option for contact is via email.

Be aware that they may try to entice you into opting for a lifetime subscription. Don’t be fooled! Paying $100 for a service that doesn't deliver is a mistake you don't want to make.

In short, AUDIO PROTECT IS A SCAM. Protect yourself and your creative work.

Total Scam...be aware

The first went well and after that its stays on in progress for weeks. Recieved a mail out of the blue that 'my subscription has been cancelled due to the creator deleting the product. You will no longer be charged'. A week later I recieved another mail that my account is suspended due to violation. I guess to prevent that they have to give me (part of) my money back. It's a total scam, I lost almost 70 euro's. Shame.
