Unclear product description and T&Cs, friendly support

Unclear T&Cs and it is not fair when their products look as if you could download them after purchase from their website, but you can only download them to their android application. Also upon reading their T&Cs I have found that you are only purchasing a revocable license, meaning you can lose access to your audiobooks in the future. I feel like this should be clearly stated in a product description as this feels like being deceived about what you are buying.

Their support team, however, is friendly and responsive.
