Best little turntable known to man !
I use in the bedroom and have played it through a bluetooth boombox out in various pubs in Kenilworth and Leicester.
Issues with AT website made me order it on Amazon.

I have been buying Audio Technica products for 40 years.
Fantastic quality and price as always.

Very easy to order and delivered promptly without any fuss. Once arrived very pleased with turntable and speakers, does exactly what it says on the box.

This is a review of my new AT VM745x ML cartridge.I have wanted to try an AT cart for a number of years and it is fitted to my Origin Live-Aurora & Onyx turntable and Pickup Arm feeding into a Project DS Phono Box DS+. This is a replacement for my last two M-C carts both between £50-£100 dearer than the AT745.
Right from the start the improvement in sound was out standing, more clean treble and more insight, hearing things not heard before, Tambourine's,Cymbals,Bell's,Triangle's, Maracas and cowbells. Midrange lot more open more room to breathe, more natural sounding voices and better definition, better center image, bottom end goes deeper and cleaner and also more open. All I can say is it's an outstanding cartridge for£280

I bought an LP70x turntable mid-November 2025 and it worked good up to mid-January-2026. Then a skating issue appeared and the customer service retired my unity for inspection and restoration. Back to my home, it worked good for 15 days, then the issue was back again. Customer service wanted it back again and, in this occasion, I asked for a refund and I bought an LP3x.
Pros: customer service always took the turntable back in-warranty for free and was available to answer to a relevant number of my questions. Both the LP70x and LP3x work pretty good but I found more confident with the LP3x since I may act on the counterweight and the anti-skating force if the issue come back again.
Cons: it took a long time (more than 3 weeks) for the first service repair to have the turntable back and it took even more time (approx. 1 month) to have the refund after the second return of the turntable to the customer service.
Overall I consider the experience very very good: it's a pity I had to wait so much time in both occasions for a resolutive answer. In any case I would recommend AT but, in my opinion, customer service timings should be improved.

The ordering process was not very clear about timelines for delivery. I had to email support to move my order from "processing" to being shipped. As of right now when I've been prompted to write this review I still haven't received my order so I would like to include something about the product but I still cannot.

Edit: Even after a fairly combative response from Audio Technica, my order is still not updated on its shipping. The due date has been missed and there is no update on when it will arrive.

Arrived on time and as described. In perfect condition. Cannot believe how clear the sound is. Has truly transformed my listening experience. Would definitely recommend.

One good experience some time ago (the famous M50x, StreamSet variant, though not through AT EU store directly) prompted another. Too early to tell with wireless earbuds, will take some time getting used to, some fiddling with the app. But I was not immediately disappointed.
Shipping was fast, considering the Easter was in between.
The only thing that bugs me is that the name ATH-CKS30TW+TBK sounds more like one's email password. Can't manufacturers come up with easier to remember model names? :)

Ordering a new part was so easy through the website, the price was fair compared to other stockists, the delivery charges are reasonable, the package arrived within days and the item fragile so it was very well protected with bubble wrap, excellent service all round. Thank you.

On 26th March I attempted to purchase a set of ATH-M20X headphones but, having selected colour and product, discovered the web-page would not functtion further.
I reported this matter to Audio-Tech via their webform, describing the whole process - asking if the malfunction was due to an Out of Stock product, or a website failure - and provided a screenshot of everything.
Soon afterward I received an email from (L) a Customer Experience Representative - asking if I had confirmed selection of colour before attempting to complete the purchase.
Having already given such information - in text and image form, I replied to that effect.
I have since received no further communication from them.(9 Working days later)
If their "support(?)" is unable to understand the written word, even with pictorial support, then perhaps the "gods" were smiling upon me that day -- and directed me to a more efficient supplier.
Following response from Audio-Technica on 9th April.
If, as you say, you have no web failures reported, (a) How was it possible for a screenshot to be taken, (b) Why would I bother reporting a fault that, according to you, wasn't there, and (c) Why did your Support Agent not respond to my second/last email?

Can't go wrong with Audio-Technica. I searched long for my first vinyl player, and everything kept pointing to AT. I couldn't be happier.

Amazing products and great client support. Delivery was super fast and the order was very well packed.

I was unsure of a few things but the support responded quickly and managed to solve my questions swiftly.

They are amazing sound and a great sound stage I have had mine for years now the wings are terrible and break if the sunlight hits them the wrong way i have had to replace them several times and now keep extras on standby the pads are thin and uncomfortable after a while but its a easy fix with some after market ones

Easily ordered online and product arrived quickly.

Expensive and not accurate in describingnitems with pictures.
