Audiio.com is, without a doubt, one of the best subscription services I've ever used. The music selection is consistently outstanding, with a huge variety of tracks that are high-quality and fresh. Finding the perfect song is always a breeze, thanks to their incredibly powerful search and filtering tools—it saves me so much time.

What really sets them apart, though, is their customer support. Every time I've had a question or needed help, the team has been phenomenal. They are quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find a company that combines a fantastic product with such a top-tier support team.

I originally requested a cancellation and refund for my Audiio subscription shortly after it auto-renewed, well within the 14-day UK cooling-off period. At first, my request was refused, which was frustrating — but I’m happy to update that my account has now been cancelled and my refund has been processed.
I appreciate that Audiio ultimately resolved the issue and I can say that I genuinely enjoy their music library and curation, which is why I wanted to find a fair resolution rather than simply walk away.

Audiio has helped my small business cater to the needs of clients that require audio and sound effects that can been licensed to use. Audiio has a growing selection of music covering multiple different genres, moods, and I believe it will only continue expanding from there.

You can find a few songs here and there yes, BUT.
Their filter is HORRIBLE, no matter what filter combination you are using, the results are always the same.

It's extremely hard to find something relevant to what you are looking for. Feels like the filters are based on OR instead of &, so no matter what filters you add, you just keep adding results and not filtering.

I spend hours looking for decent musics (that doesn't feel like have been generated by AI) and you can easily get what you want on free platforms like Pixabay in 5 minutes.

Their SFX library is also a joke, lots of SFX with poor quality that sound like someone recorded at home with a $10 mic.

Really regret migrating from Epidemic Sound to Audiio.

I've been using Audiio for a couple years now and honestly, it's been the best value I've found in the music licensing space. They has a really solid song library and having an SFX library on top of that included has been so great for me and my company. Their customer service has been excellent as well and I'd highly recommend them, especially to someone who's starting out or looking for a better value than the competitors.

Audiio has an impeccable music selection. The genres and the search function in general could certainly use some fine-tuning. Otherwise, Audiio has been developing useful things for the past two years (Hans AI, for example). I'll continue to use Audiio Pro; the lifetime license is out of the question due to its repeatedly mentioned limitations, as tempting as the price may be—please read carefully before you buy.

Audiio has been such a great asset for my business. It makes finding the right soundtrack and the perfect sound effects an absolute breeze. I went without it for awhile and found myself running back for the uselfulness of Hans and Linkmatch.

I tried the AI ​​search, and I think it's fantastic. Customers often send you a reference for music searches, without AI, it's a long process.

I have been using Audiio for my videography needs for the last 3 years both music and sfx. They are simply a great business to work with. When dealing with the Customer Services Team, they have been excellent and have always responded within 24 hours.

Their library is great, and it costs less than other sites that offer similar services. I recently had to get in touch with their customer service and the experience was really good, this alone solidified me as a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

My first year’s subscription to Audiio was almost up and I was trying to find some suitable background music for a video feat. Vikings (re-enactment) in full on combat. They only had a Norwegian Artist who specialised in ancient Nordic Music!
