Rachell was able to review the information I provided and appears to have addressed the issues. She stated I would receive confirmation regarding my refund within 2 days. I was unaware that I would be charged ~$7 for shipping which may be taken off my refund. This charge was not noted on the original purchase receipt.

I I upgraded my Atom X to an ion Pro 2 and am very happy with this model. I had some questions and I spoke with Alan who had a great deal of patience understanding my awkward questions. I learned more about the rocker panel and its uses.
