Amazing range and service
Amazing range and service. Ordered 3 controllers one arrived dead. Contacted customer service. Was given option to take to local, went to the local store no questions asked was offer a refund or they would find another one. Few days later got a call to pick it up. Local store went above and beyond to source the same controller as I mentioned I liked the one. Unreal customer service from Cex

Scratches not advised
It would’ve been nice to know that the Gameboy Advance SP would have scratches on it before spending $165 on it. Not mad that it has scratches cause it does work, but please advise that it’s possible.

You did well in sorting out the missing invoice and I would have given you 5 stars for outstanding service.
The only thing that dropped the score was the ongoing failure to enter the GPU purchase in my account's record of purchases.
I would have thought that was automatic but it looks like I'll have to juggle a paper printout for the next 5 years if I wish to protect the warranty.
