They just ignore you

I’ve been waiting for a refund of £218 for order EU12532242 for a few months now, I can honestly say I’ve never been blatantly disregarded by a company as much as with Ugg.

I returned two pairs of shoes and was incorrectly refunded, all contact attempts are now just being blatantly ignored. I did everything they asked - sent the receipt to prove the weight of the parcel - and nothing!

This kind of frustration is absolutely not worth ugly, overpriced shoes.

Order is EU12532242 in case anybody is actually working at Ugg anymore.

Boots fell apart – obvious manufacturing defect – UGG refused to help

Too many UGG reviews report the same issue – poorly made product, which UGG refuses to stand behind past their one-year warranty.

Bottom line – don't buy UGGs.

This is not a company that cares about keeping a 25-year customer.

They didn't care about me, and WHEN (not if) your very expensive boots fall apart, they won't care about you either, even if it's their fault.

What happened?

December 2020 I persuaded my husband it was a great idea to spend $400 on two pairs of UGGs.

He said spending so much on fuzzy boots seemed insane.

But I reassured him "I've been buying UGGS for 25- years, they will last a decade or more!"

Nope. UGG is not the same company. The quality is in the toilet. So is their customer service.

2.5 years later a large hole has appeared in my boots. The suede upper and sole of have come apart.

Look closely and it's obviously a manufacturing defect. We live in Coastal Southern CA, so they don't get much wear except inside during the mild winters. My husband has worn his much more than mine, and his are fine.

Here is how UGG treats loyal customers now: –

1) You get a ONE YEAR warranty. If a serious "manufacturing defect" appears AFTER one year, you are SOL. Even though it's obviously a defect. UGG simply does not care, because the defect appeared after one year.

2) UGG has a repair program where you can pay EIGHTY BUCKS to have them repaired! I asked for this repair service free as a courtesy to a long-time customer. UGG supervisor refused me, and stopped replying to my emails.

Lots of other companies now make really good UGG alternatives. Give them your business instead.

Buy your boots and slippers here!!!

I want to recognize this website is different to ugg.com it has similarities of the website design, logo, slipper designs etc.
I have triple checked my past order as I didn't want to leave a great experience with the wrong company I than checked the website and for your information this website has a store located in Victoria airport with a local number to contact that gives me peace of mind while shopping with this store.
I feel sorry for the customers of ugg.com I recommend you making your purchase through this website for a great experience.
Saving the best news for the end.
My experience ordering online was a great one, the Ansley slippers I purchased are exactly what I needed for my feet, comfortable, warm and so cute I wish I brought another pair.
These cute slippers arrived on time, in a cute box and the price I paid was worth every dollar.
Greatly appreciate the quality and the fast delivery during this current time.
