I ordered 3 eyeshadows for $130. All 3 arrived shattered to dust and needing to be thrown out. If you are going to post items like this, ensure there protects. I emailed the company for a refund and revived no reply at all. I’ve made a PayPal claim.

I’m very disappointed with this company as I ordered over $600 worth of face cream and when the package arrived one item was missing
I emailed the company immediately and told them of the missing item
Still no reply from the company after 5 days

Purchase of shiseido future solution eye cream
It took nearly three weeks for me to receive the purchase. I am not so impressed as the item arrived in substandard packaging which does not appear to be in its original, factory sealed packaging of brand new products.

had a good experience with Perfumes Club. I contacted them regarding my shipping and they were very helpful, replying with a tracking link so I could follow my order. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but my order did arrive and I was happy with the products once they came. Overall, good service and I would order again.
