The bracelet i bought didn't work. No amount of heat would reveal the photo. I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Great customer service

Quality was quite poor. Thin fabric and print looks like it may come off when laundered. Also, not as big in size as I thought it would be, unfortunately. Delivery was prompt.

I purchased yr magnetic book for a few family members for Christmas last year,mine had a lot of use so I ordered another, unfortunately the dragon is a much cheaper version of ones previously purchased, ie they are plastic.

The service was pretty quick and efficient.

The article i order was a remembrance blanket for.my adult daughter after losing one of her pets recently. The blanket is beautiful. The quality exceeded my expectations. It arrived ahead of the expected time.
The one thing that let it down was the delivery service. They delivered to the wrong address even when I received a photo showing my address on the label.
Fortunately I know the owner at the address it was actually delivered to who brought it to me when I messaged him.
It does however, make me hesitant in using my address in future which is an inconvenience
