I bought two custom necklaces from Atypical and I’ve got to say that they exceeded my expectations! Both necklaces are beautiful, extremely gold, super shiny and the cut is amazing! Also, the customer service is super nice and helpful, they’re kind and reply so fast! I will definitely buy again from them! I ordered the necklaces on November 18th and two days right after the purchase, the order was ready and sent. It took 10 days more or less for my order to get the destination but let’s consider that is almost Christmas and the post service does not depend from the brand itself but TRUST ME, it’s worth the wait. I absolutely give Atypical 10 stars! 🖤

I received my order only a few days ago and so far I’m loving it! The shipping didn’t take that much time, which is cool, and the packaging is simple but lovely, I really like the tiny pouches instead of having a bunch of boxes that I’ll end up discarding anyway because I don’t have room for them. The items I chose look as they do on the website, although a few of the golden items are a little shinier/more yellow than I thought they’d be, which I’m not 100% sure I like but I’ll see how they look paired with actual outfits. As for the customer service, they’re very nice. I reached out to them because I initially thought an item was missing (they sent 2 packages for the order and I only had received 1 at that point) and they replied quite quickly and seemed to be accommodating. So, so far a good experience. I really hope the jewelry is truly long-lasting!

I really loved the products. Also, they have showed me a lot of patience. Something went wrong with the shipping agency and they made up for it. It was generous and really kind.

Update: Because my first order got lost in delivery, they offered me to resend my order with a free item as an apology - very good customer service communication! And i like the products

I’ve been waiting for my delivery for more than one month now - without any updates (all it says online is transit delay all the time, but this status also hasn’t been changed for more than 10 days…) Wouldn’t recommend if you want to receive your jewelry fast!

I ordered a beautiful pair of leaf-earrings and the shipping was more than two weeks and I couldn‘t track the package with the app as it says on the website. After two weeks of waiting I received the package today and one of the earrings is broken! The quality is very poor and I can‘t close them! One of them is arrived in two pieces which I can‘t fix together. Very bad jewelry and quality!

The products are really nice and they seem to be waterproof. Overall good quality for the price. The delivery did take some time.

So pleased with my purchase! Ordered a zodiac sign necklace for a friends birthday present and it arrived in good time and in perfect condition - she was so thrilled with it! Will definitely make further purchases from A-Typical Jewelry in the future.

I love the items I ordered but the delivery took very long (a month). Something went wrong with my order, it was never shipped. When my items did get shipped they were not in stock so I had to wait a month because they were being shipped from China.

I still give 4* because customer service was helpful and they gave me a free item. I also absolutely love the items I ordered, earrings were bigger than expected.

Would order again but I hope I will receive it sooner next time.

I have ordered two necklaces and they are beautiful😍 I wear them all the time and they look still the same, as I got them. Really happy with them. The only thing, that I waited 1 and half month for delivery. But still, it’s worth it. For sure I will order more🥰

I work out everyday and I live in Dubai where you’ll constantly be drenched in sweat and so far I have not taken it once and no tarnishing!
