Un validissimo supporto per la pratica
Pratico yoga da tanti anni, il sabato mattina ho il mio appuntamento settimanale con la mia maestra.
Durante la settimana mi limitavo al saluto al sole o alle Asana che sentivo più familiari.
Ora, grazie a Atutto Yoga, riesco a praticare, quasi ogni giorno, con metodo.
