Ordered the swimsuit

Ordered the swimsuit. didnt like it , needed to return.  They sent a whole instructions how to ship it back 😏I shipped the package to the address provided by them and paid for the outbound shipping. And, the address turned out to be incorrect, and the package was returned back to us by the carrier.

Please note that shipping charges paid to the carrier are non-refundable, and return shipping costs also apply when a package is sent back due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Asked to provide the trk#, so I did, never had such a horrible return item experience

The swim suit is my favourite swimsuit…

The swim suit is my favourite swimsuit ever. Front opening , boy leg. I swim all year round and have found it a great suit .I feel very comfortable in it and hope that the company can produce a chlorine resistant version for pools in the future. I swim in the sea. I have ordered another suit.

I ordered two bathing suits

I ordered two bathing suits. A week went by, I hadn't received any shipping info. I reached out to customer service. Received no response. But 2 days later, I received an email saying I canceled my order. Which I clearly did not.

Returning items is not very convenient

Returning items is not very convenient, in addition to having to pay the return shipping cost, they deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. The items are being returned due to not fitting properly. Ordered the same size and one top the sleeves were too short and the other the sleeves were too long. You also cannot return any items on clearance.

If you are debating ordering from the…

If you are debating ordering from the company, don't. Just don't. Quality is horrible, then when you want to make a return, they subtract the amount they were charged to ship the item to the customer from your return amount, AND they make you pay for return shipping. So, I just spent $38 to try on some very cheap and poorly designed swimsuits... cool.

Cheaply made and charged return shipping

As a general rule, I wear a small. But, seeing as this company is from overseas, I took the time to do my body measurements to make SURE the sizing was right before I ordered.
I was a small according to the chart.
Well, the shorts barely fit but mainly, they were very unflattering. They were poorly made with uneven edges and the seams were way off. The shirt, I couldn't even get it over my head it was so small! And even if I could have managed that, the shirt was SO short in the waist I know it wouldn't cover my belly button . And I'm short!(5ft4in at best) Looked like it was made for a child.
To return the item cost $14. Not even kidding. I was charged $14 to basically send a $36 dollar item back to China.

i ordered a swim suit

i ordered a swim suit. The fit was poor. Too short in the body and too wide in the hips, gaping at bottom area! The return process was terrible. You have to email and request a return. They wanted to know why. Then they wanted more reasons! Each back and forth took days. Finally got "permission" to return, at my cost, and now they want an email with tracking info. Much too difficult, i will never order from this business again

Regarding the fit issue with the suit, most of our swimsuits are designed to be true to size, and we recommend referring to the “Size Guide” on each product page for detailed measurements. Since every body type is unique, if you're ever uncertain about sizing in the future, our customer service team is always happy to assist with personalized recommendations.

We ask the reason for the return to better understand the problem with the product, want to know more customer ideas, so as to better optimize the product and hope that it will be loved by more people. This is not to "stop" you from returning the product.

Regarding the email with tracking information, after you send the returned package, just tell us the tracking number information of this package, which is to facilitate us to track and confirm the location of the package and process the refund for you.

In the future, we will definitely optimize our after-sales customer service team to reduce the occurrence of such incidents.

Swimsuit received different than what it is on website.

Purchased a swimsuit that was different than the one they advertised on their website. Instead of blue and white, it is blue, white and black and instead of a white zipper, they put in a very large (looks like it is a man's zipper) that is black and gold. It is garish.

You are supposed to contact them via email within 7 days for a return. No one responds. So now I am going to my credit card company.

My thoughts are that this business is going away as it is has an LA address but all products coming from China.

Such a horrible experience

Such a horrible experience! The “service” is rude and obnoxious. Make sure you read the return policy - very sketchy. The customer is “not right”. I spent over $125 on product- they were lovely but didn’t work for me. You will have to take numerous photos of the items you are returning… once they “approve” they will give you an address to return to California. Unfortunately my tracking receipt from the post office went through the laundry in my pocket, I spent $20 to return. Mr. CEO told me there is no way of tracking my package without the tracking number!!! I sent it to the address he sent me… I do not have extra money to lose… I am so very upset about this. He told me he is NOT a transportation service and there is nothing he can do??? So when my items are returned to the address I sent them to with all paperwork and product …. Where does it go!!! They have all my paperwork in there.

I do not believe he operates out of the US.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/how do they run a business like this . BEWARE!!! I don’t want folks to lose the money I have!

I understand your anger. We still need to explain something to you.
Taking photos of the returned items is to confirm that the items are intact.
The return process email sent clearly stated that you need to tell me the tracking number of the package after you send the package, because this is how we can confirm the location of the package.
It doesn't matter if you dirty the tracking receipt. You can ask the post office for the tracking number based on the other information on the receipt. In this way, the refund can continue.

!!Buyer Beware!!

!!Buyer Beware!!

I recently purchased two swimsuits from attraco online for the summer. I had not heard of the store before but the reviews looked promising.

Issue number 1. Once purchased I never received “a we have shipped email”. I did use Shopify which did give me a tracking number. However, the tracking number was not linked to any updates.

No worries, 12 days after purchasing I did receive the suits! Unfortunately they did not fit properly.

Issue number 2. The package did not come with a return label or exchange instructions. This is not my first time experiencing this, so I contacted the company asking for a refund. They replied back in a timely manner. However, they pushed hard for an exchange for the proper size staying that they would pay for the original shipping cost. That was not what I needed because the overall style of the suit did not fit my body well.

Issue number 3. We both agreed on the return. However, they stated that I will obligated to pay for shipping back, they would take out the shipping cost of when they sent the suits to me. On top of that they did not send me a shipping label. They sent me a long email explaining who the sender would be, the address, and required the customer to send them the tracking number after the item was sent.

I understand the company trying to provide convenience when picking a shipping carrier. But I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism in the logistical process of the return. I have two stars because the company had quick and honest communication. I know times are difficult in this economy and business would like to make a profit. But I will not be going back again or recommending because attraco comes across more worried about profit To over the customers. To each their own. I will not be returning.

Nice to have a website that is simple…

"Nice to have a website that is simple and easy to use. Here, think about what the purpose is. The content and so super. Nice to find nice swimwear for women.
I don't have a normal figure like most people at the age of 48, despite that the suit fit well.
I had to correct my own typo in my delivery address. It was fixed over the email and it worked.
By the way, fast delivery, which is great, especially during the holidays."

A Disreputable Company

If I could give this company a 0, I would. I ordered 73$ worth of merchandise that when received did not fit. The items were poorly designed, with a small neck hole & a front zipper that was too small to accommodate my torso. The material was thin & the garments would not have lasted long. I started a return based on the company’s posted policy, demanding that the merchandise be returned with a tracking number. And posting that it would deduct the 8.99 shipping charge from the refund.I sent merch back by UPS for $23.00. When received, the company contacted me that it didn’t have a way to send my refund, even tho’ I paid by credit card. It demanded that I open a Pay Pal account, which I did. When received, my refund was $59.11. These deductions include the $8.99 shipping charge & PayPal fees charged to me. Add to those the 23.00 UPS fee to return the
merchandise & I recouped 36.11 of my nearly 73.00.

A disreputable company like this should not be allowed to conduct business here.

Regarding the $8.99 shipping fee, this is the shipping fee when we ship the item to you, which belongs to the carrier that delivers the package. We only charge the price of the item, so the shipping fee is not included in the refund. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
