Can't upload contacts. No helpful errors. Management of this company needs a serious talking to from their investors. They are going to be struggling. Pipedrive locks users in so be careful using them, but Attio is absolutely trash. Mapping broken. No helpful formatting auto suggestions. Tedious.

Went down because of a bug in their…
Went down because of a bug in their systems. I lost multiple expensive leads because of that (their CRM was not working basically...). No compensation whatsoever, and support is disobliging. Avoid, they're not reliable.

Overpromises a next gen CRM
Overpromises a next gen CRM, but it's shittier than hubspot's free plan, there's almost nothing in it.
I signed up and all the UI was too small for me to even read, and support was slow, and there isn't any community around the platform, meaning you're left to do it all yourself
