After an initial problem with my card payment, I had a brief email conversation with James. He was thoughtful enough to point out that the bangle I was ordering was relatively small. While I had realised this, I am very impressed he did so, as there could have been disappointment on Christmas day. There won't be, it is perfect and very beautiful.

My favourite pawnbroker, all the guys I have met here have been mostly amazing and honest and welcoming, I’ve brought many things here from expensive things to little pieces of silver, I cannot complain from the service I have received being a customer these passed years my only criticism is some of my smaller gold items have broken repeatedly and I have not had this problem anywhere else
