Came to Attelia, some years ago, had both top and bottom implants new teeth new smile. Retuned on 17th June to have my top redone, due to a few chips. Contacted through a WhatsApp to discuss, the treatment. Booked my flights they booked my Hotel, I am very happy with the treatment and care this company take nothing is too much, they guide you through the process, with there assigned coordinator, pick up drop off appointments

Where to start but at the beginning. I had such high expectations after ready all the amazing 5 star ⭐ reviews. Wow, what a let down. First off, you are asked to write (type up on your phone, whilst sat in the chair) a review with staff looming over you. I had 6 implants and the rest of my teeth whitened. First visit involved not being collected from the airport, had to find a ride at 2am. I had the abutments put in, with no temporary crown, I looked ridiculous for 4 months! On my second visit, I had the crowns put on. As a very nervous patient, they were not very patient. They did not tell me that 4 of the six crowns would be in pairs, as in no gap, so you can’t clean your teeth properly. Thos 4 teeth were also way smaller than my other teeth, front molars. They said that is because that was the size they make them….. Once I returned home, with in 2 months the first crown cracked in half. When I called, they said I needed to go back to them and they would assess the issue to see if they would fix it. That would be another expense, with no guarantee of them fixing the issue. 15 months after having the crowns fitted, I have now had another one falling out…. The customer service is appalling, no one has bothered to answer me. There has been no refund, no compensation, no communication. I now understand where the term “Turkey Teeth” comes from. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It’s cheap for a reason.

just coming away from a busy week with Attelia, I've had extractions, implants and crowns. the experience was quite daunting for me but the professionalism of the staff and dental team was excellent. helped me through each stage with a steady hand. looking forward to getting on with a new smile and the confidence that brings. thanks.

Denture Disaster! My consultation was great, I was reassured I had chosen the right clinic. My first visit was also great. Implants were not an option for me but I desperately needed a lot of extractions of broken teeth and a full set of dentures. I had bone loss and gum recession and could not wait to begin treatment.

My first visit was really good - the extractions and aftercare went smoothly. The coordinators and the clinic itself are impressive. I was advised temporary dentures would not be possible - that within a week or two they would not fit and so my money would be wasted but I could return after 2 months for my permanent dentures. So I came back to the UK gummy and eager to get back to Attelia for my final fitting and dentures. It was a long 10 weeks of feeling very self conscious but I trusted I was in good hands.

My 2nd visit was absolutely awful. My first visit for impressions left me in tears. My surgeon put the trays in my mouth, he put the tray into the area of extractions instead of around my gum and he stood behind me pulling the tray with all his strength so the edge of the metal was cutting in to one side of my mouth giving me so much pain. I struggled and was trying to pull away but I couldn’t speak and he just held on tight, shouting at me. I’m a woman on my own in my 40s and I felt pretty vulnerable with no teeth in another country being treated by a man that I thought was pretty aggressive. Each visit for fittings after that were dreaded. He was so impatient and off handed each time. That wasn’t the worst though. My dentures were only ready the day before my return home. The dentures themselves were beautiful and they did fit to my gums with fixing paste. They let me look in a small hand mirror and I was sent back to my hotel. On each visit, the coordinators pressure you to write a review before you leave and they take a photo of it before you are taken back to your hotel so you can’t comfortably be negative about anything.

By now I had been nearly three months toothless and I’ve never had dentures, I didn’t know what to expect. Within a week of getting home I know they are all wrong. I have seriously ‘sunken face’ and my jaws constantly ache. I look and feel terrible and sure they have too much gap so my dentures don’t meet when I close my mouth or chew etc. eating just made me ache and I could fit my entire finger between the dentures. I contacted the clinic with photos and a video of myself speaking. You can see how bad I look with witches chin and my face sinking as I speak. I’m lisping and aching. I show them how I can fit my finger in the gap and how I’m having to bite down unnaturally low to close my mouth or chew. The response is quite cruel to be honest. They basically say that my surgeon has viewed the photos and video and that there is nothing wrong. They say that it’s because of the bone loss and just how my face is. They say I was advised to have implants and it’s not their fault. They say I won’t get better anywhere else and should go back for implants that I cannot afford. It took about a week to get this response.

So I reply to say I had expected better aftercare and ask them if this is seriously how they think my dentures should look. No response for over a week.

By now I’m so uncomfortable. I’m avoiding going out and I feel very out of pocket. I’m furious about the horrible treatment by my surgeon and I’ve wasted £1800 for dentures I cannot wear and treated pretty shabbily. I’m now three weeks after getting my dentures and the clinic tells me ‘tough luck’.

I visit a denture clinic here in the UK -they explain everything that is wrong with the dentures and make me new ones. My god! They are amazing… they fit, my face has filled out and I don’t look like I’m wearing dentures. I’m comfortable, I can eat really well, my speech is good and I look like I’m in my 40s again, not in my 80’s! The dentures are everything I could have hoped for.

A few days later I get a response from Attelia saying that I can go back to Turkey and they will look at my dentures but I know now that they have just blamed my face, insisted they are the best and I just need implants. All lies. I respond to say that after all the poor treatment, I have had everything rectified here in the UK. I get no further response, no offer of a refund or anything else. I wasted £2600 on my second visit to be treated so badly. £1800 for useless dentures and £800 on flights/hotel. The aftercare was rubbish. These good reviews are because they stand over you and make you give positive ones before they send you back to your hotel. I wish I could upload the photos and videos of the difference and how they left me. I will take the time to show them on other SM platforms but be warned - if you can’t afford implants and think Attelia is an option for dentures…they take your money, make a hash of it then tell you it’s your fault before pushing you to get their implants.

Had four implants due to lost teeth, felt very looked after , pain management was perfect , everything explained clearly , have been back a few times for various treatments and prefer to my own dentist

From start to finish Attelia dental looked after me and were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was picked up from the airport and was transfered every time from my hotel to their clinic. I had an amazing personal translator Aysegul who looked after me. The treatment was top class and at a good price. I had money returned to me for treatment not required in the quote. I fully recommend Attelia.

I have done my teeth with Attelia oral and I am very pleased with them, from the moment I landed in Antalya every single step was someone to help, travel to hotel, travel betwen hotel and clinic was everything planned from them and all was perfect ! They all very kind and helpful and very professional, I was so afraid I maybe will have big pain , but surprised after all the work I did and was big work ... The Dentist made it so professional that I did not suffer after .
I recommend them they kind organised and professional.

I came to Attelia in Sept 2022 and had a full set of crowns, top and bottom. I was delighted with the results. As part of my treatment I had an implant which I have recently returned to Antalya to have completed. Whilst here, the dentist noticed I need a root canal in one of my teeth, so the crown was removed and I had the treatment, free of charge under warranty. All in all, I would highly recommend Attelia for the efficiency, the results I have and the value for money.

I had my teeth done with them almost 2 years ago, I came back recently 2 have my 2 implants fitted at the back. My teeth still look exactly the same as the day they did them! Staff are friendly and service is great. Highly recommend

I have just returned home to France after 5days of dental treatment at Attelia.
Attelia was recommended by friends and my wife had similar treatment last year.
I was greeted at the clinic by Cemre who was very reassuring and explained every part of the procedure before I agreed to proceed.
I had a number of extractions and he remaining teeth were crowned.
The cosmetic dentist was Serkon, who I would liken to a sculpture. He is absolutely meticulous and extremely thorough.
Although the treatment is not without its discomfort, I would recommend Attelia to anyone who wants to turn back the clock on the appearance of their teeth, and wants to feel 100% safe in the hands of experts.
