Suffering from sciatica, I had 3 brilliant treatments with Monica Canazza (acupuncture, massage, acupressure). The pain went away and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatments. Also all the other A to Zen therapists are very good. The Lightcentre at Monument is a lovely location with a nice coffee place upstairs. Can highly recommend!
