Interestingly similar experience to that of Katie (March 2026). Communication/service/accuracy/charges are just appalling. Their Head of Compliance told me they would not enter into more communication because I would find "likely find fault with it"! Well, yes I probably would, based on my experience to date, but because they make so many errors. Month after month since my father died their lack of anything approaching professionalism and sympathy has been a disgrace. Oh, and do not hold cash with them. They told me in writing the interest rate payable, and then when the amount received was lower than expected I checked the calculations. Eventually that produced the discovery that the actual rate paid by them in the period was lower than had been confirmed in writing. "No loss suffered" according to them. They charge 1.5% per annum for "managing" cash. My own investment manager charges Nil but still pays a fair interest rate on cash in my pension. AVOID!!!
