The Berd/carbon gravel wheels were great when they arrived and just what I was looking for and ordered. Sales advice was knowledgeable. The first wheel cracked under normal riding conditions in the first year; I had to mail it back to them for inspection and replacement took about 6 months. The second wheel cracked in the second year under normal riding conditions, and they stopped writing back. I haven't gotten any help for 8 months, they won't even respond to a request for wheel dimensions to get the wheel repaired by Berd. Company may be out of business. So five stars for initial quality, one star for customer service, leaving a three. If you decide to ride these, I recommend stripping tires and tape and inspecting the rims every 3 months of riding, due to both wheels failing with internal cracks under the rim tape.

Met Kevin at the Santos Fat Tire festival years ago and then bought a set of their rims with I9's with quick delivery. Had a problem with one of the rims and they replaced it no charge. Rims are very stiff and reliable. Bought a new bike with the boost spacing and bought a set of their new Trail AM 35 rims with I9's. Customer service was excellent and so far wheel set is true and trouble free. Thanks

I Love my Atomik Wheels! They are durable and feel great. I previously used other brands and was not happy with the quality. Atomik has withstood some rough rides and they ride amazingly!

the AM 29 is my first new Atomik wheelset, I rolled a set of used 27.5 chub’s for 2 years and they proved to be bulletproof. The AM 29’s are far superior to aluminum hoops, stiffer and more predictable, this gives me loads of confidence bombing hills.
