Didn’t work
First video was good but I downloaded another last Christmas and it didn’t download. They wouldn’t refund or resend it so I paid for it and didn’t get it. This year I went elsewhere and got much better one.

I bought the Victorian Traditional Christmas Tree and it's thoroughly underwhelming. The black background is grey on all projectors I have tried. The detail is passable at best and the price had increased from when I put it in my basket to checking out a few days later.
I live in New Zealand.. hollision screen arrived within a week with good commuication via emails. Then down loaded a decoration and instantly received the files to down load.. really happy with whole purchase, problem seems to be with customer service I did not use, and well there are limitations that they explain if u care to take the time to read... happy customer.
Bought a projector kit from them. Realized the 10 animations that they advertise as part of the kit are actually 1 minute demos, so you need to purchase the actual animations separately to get the complete content. When I set up the Bluetooth to use speakers, it doesn’t work with their animation. Only with the Google TV apps that are part of the ViewSonic projector. I contacted customer support and their response was that ViewSonic has claimed that Bluetooth worked with their animations but then they realized it didn’t. What company doesn’t test the products they sell? They offer to cover $20 of an externally powered Bluetooth transmitter. I was really upset but give it a try and turns out there is a lot of delay in the sound using this solution and also sound is very low. This is a joke and they don’t take returns even in this situation. Stay away from this company, buy a projector from Amazon and projection material is as simple as going to a store and looking for a good fabric. videos are really nice but very expensive and you can find other projections in forums like Reddit
According to their staff, AtmosFX is supposedly not able to control its own products being shipped after the order is made. Why the warehouse isn't able to receive cancellation requests from customers is very strange indeed, it would certainly improve the process.
As soon as I realised I'd paid nearly THREE TIMES the price of the original product (xl window projection material) for international shipping, duties and tax, I emailed to cancel the order.
I had received no reply in the morning so I emailed again. Three hours after opening that day I received an automated email saying the product had shipped. After this point of no return for my order, I received an email from atmosfx customer services saying that the item has been shipped and it's in their policy that they usually can't cancel shipments as they aim to ship as soon as possible.
Very disappointed that I've ordered something I could potentially have replaced with a white polyester bedsheet. I'll update with the effectiveness of the product on windows compared to other far cheaper options.
The product itself was reasonably priced for a sheet of semitransparent material with holes for hanging.
Feeling let down. Which is a shame. I'll be sure to post a review of the digital projections I previously purchased when I see them in action. It already concerns me that people here have reviewed saying they couldn't download the product.

Just a big "gotcha" company taking advantage of people during the holiday season.
Zero customer support. All responses automated.
AtmosFX has such a great business, unfortunately it's yet another fail. I signed up for their site to get some discount code. I immediately started getting welcome emails and promo emails..... I ordered a few items from their site but some the website is messing up and I did not receive a confirmation of purchase email. so, I ordered again thinking the site had a mess up. Still no confirmation email. So I emailed customer support asking if they received the order and requested that they fix any duplicates. Next day still no reply. I tried customer support with a different email and now 5 days later I get two duplicate orders in the mail. I guess I will contact my credit card company and let them knw whats happening. Another business asleep at the wheel. Update after about 5 days I did receive a double order. I also heard from customer service and they righted the ship, although now it's been another several days. I still haven't received an email confirmation for either order.
Its hard to review a product that you dont get. I paid for the videos, that was easy. When I went to download the videos the page would not load. Each time you try takes away from your 5 available tries. The have no customer support. A chat that you can start to get an automated response of "we're working on it"
Unhelpful customer service. I created an order but unfortunately there was a mix up with either my cart or checkout. AtmosFX was unwilling to help and essentially told me to go pound salt. I would avoid purchasing from this company.
Only bought the videos as we already had a good projector. Plug and play - very easy to setup. Download content instantly after payment. No issues at all.
Ordered an AtmosKIT Plus for $359.00. The large portion of the cost of the kit (approx. 300) is for the Projector. The Projector, immediately upon receipt, appeared to be used and would not hold a charge (battery-operated). I knew right away there was an issue with the projector because even when it was off there was a red light that would not go away. I confirmed with the Manufacturer (ViewSonic) that this means there's an issue with the internal battery. After reporting the issue to AtmosFX support, they had the audacity to respond with - "ask the manufacturer to resolve it." It's unbelievable that the most basic legal principles (attempting to avoid a justifiable return) and ethical standards of customer support is completely missing here with this company. Not to mention, a manufacturer is NOT responsible for the retail company's mistakes or mishandling of equipment. The Manufacturer is ONLY supposed to step in when an item is beyond a consumer's legal right to a return. This is why manufacturer's charge a consumer to ship the product. So, basically this joke of a company is telling their customer - "Who cares if we sold you a broken projector, it's your problem now...and you should pay to ship it to the manufacturer who cares more than we do". Unbelievable! Not to mention, just look at their website's answer as to why they don't have a customer support number - probably one of the funniest, sad excuses I've ever read in a long, long time.
