When I saw this in Instagram, I knew that I wanted to try it. I received the item several weeks after making the purchase. The atmofix device did not work right out of the box. I contacted customer service via an email. I did not receive an email back. I have since sent another 2 emails and still no response. The issue with the device itself can be fixed by replacing it. The fact that there is zero customer service can not be fixed. I will not purchase anything again through companies that have poor or no customer service. I do not recommend.
