Fairly good. Delivery took longer than expected. They drop ship from Gallery Direct for a lot of items so I don't think they have much control over this.

Parts Missing and Items Yet to be received after 4 months
I ordered a pergola with two 3m curtains in April ……the pergola arrived and the sides were lost in delivery (I’m still waiting on the two 3m curtains!!!) ……I then ordered a 4m curtain which came without the bits to fit it……I keep being promised they’re coming but are yet to arrive.

Firstly we would like to apologize, we understand that once dispatched, the 3m Privacy screens were confirmed as lost in transit with our courier. This is something we have investigated, and due to these issues, we no longer use this courier. I can see we do have 2 further replacements on order for you and we will be in touch as soon as they arrive in stock.
On occasion, if an order does arrive with missing parts, they may need to be ordered which unfortunately can encounter slight delays, however we will look into this and get the missing parts to you swiftly

Great prices, quality and customer service. We had a few scuffs on an item on delivery, which were promptly replaced and just over a year later, a slat in the table had come loose. Despite being out of guarantee, ATM replaced this part free of charge!

Poor delivery.
We live 45minutes from your sales room it took a week to get our furniture to be delivered. Very poor service. We bought other garden furniture from the Lake district it was delivered the next day.

Great Pergola, fantastic service from ATM
Great Service from ATM, from initial contact to understanding delivery times, confirmed delivery and a couple of queries once I built the Pergola.
The pergola itself feels very good quality. Went for the 4x3 Zeus. Very happy once I had help with calibrating the electric blinds.
In terms of the self build. The instructions were pretty straight forward. The pergola was packaged really well and took a little time unpacking. Every piece was protected with cellophane and wrapped very well.
I took a while to review the Pergola market and in terms of price and quality I believe you won’t be disappointed.

All items arrived on time and when ATM Living said the Items would arrive
ATM Living kept me up tp date with all required information
I did struggle to get the motorised blinds to work with the remote control but my email was answered straight away with one of their Technicians calling me at the prearranged time and walking me through the process of reprogramming the remote
Michael the ATM Living Technition who called me was an absolute gent and was very knowledgable and more importantly he was very patient while we sorted the remote control
