We have had a terrible experience. Watch out for the returns policy. When unrolled the carpet smelt strongly of fish.

As a reminder, we are the retailer, not the manufacturer, and our return process involves reporting issues to the manufacturer for verification before proceeding. Once the rug is returned to the manufacturer, it will need to be inspected before we can release the full refund. While our usual policy requires customers to arrange returns themselves, we’ve made an exception in this case and are assisting you by arranging a collection through a third-party courier. After your contact on July 21 (after our operating hours), we immediately began processing your request the following day. On July 23, the courier was assigned to handle the pick-up and will be reaching out to arrange a suitable time.
Our refund policy is clearly outlined on our website for customers to review prior to purchase. If it doesn’t meet your needs, we understand and respect your decision to explore other options.
We understand that this process may feel frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we await the manufacturer’s response. Please know that we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. We unfortunately ordered by our mistake a rug that was too small and had to return it to the London shop to exchange. All was taken care of by Adil who organised a new delivery at no additional cost and offered us coffee.
I would highly recommend visiting their London shop to see the products.
