Drilled slotted brakes, great product and great price.
These guys have helped us with brakes for all of our Ford vehicles. They're brakes are quality and priced right. They ship very quickly, too. I'm preparing to buy drilled slotted front brakes for my mustang right now.

Happy with the rotors
I am impressed by the quality of the drilled/slotted rotors I ordered. They installed just like oem with no hiccups. Bedded in and haven't had any problems in 2000 miles I've driven with them.

Poor product, non existent customer service
One of four brake rotors I purchased had little to no zinc plating on it. I contacted the seller & explained the problem (including pics). Their solution was for me to return the rotor, have it rep-plated, re-ship the item back to me and re-install the rotor. Saying it would possible take 1-2 weeks. Rather than just ship me a new rotor.
I ended up having to buy another pair of rotors to avoid any confusion. But they were "kind enough" to take $10.00 of the price of that pair. Big deal!!!!

We apologize for the issue, we offered to re-plate the rotors and ship back the very next day. Customer preferred to purchase another set from us, we deducted the $10 cost of zinc plating for the first set, even though it was only one rotor that was affected. The plating does not affect the performance or integrity of the rotors and it eventually wears off. We also apologize that you feel our customer service is not satisfactory, we pride ourselves on our customer service and It seems your issue was handled the way you requested.
