Disappointing
Took too long to prepare order and deliver [blaming the heatwave]. Told i couldn't return as order was 'being processed' but no timeframe could be given.
Items did arrive but too late for their original purpose.
Quality ok but won't use again.

I have used Atlas for a considerable time . The choice and quality always spot on . My last but two order unfortunately did not arrive (quite a lot of money)This was the first time prompt delivery let me down non arrival . My wife rang customer services spoke to Jude very helpful and my problem was sorted to my satisfaction. Faith restored in Atlas still a satisfied customer.
