Everything about the hotel was marvellous. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff so friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.
I could definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Easy to book, good prices and a lot of good options. Great service, they were very accomodating and easy to get in contact with! They helped with cancellation and rebooking in an effective and communicative way. Recommend!

Haven’t checked in at the hotel yet, but the whole booking and service experience with @hotel was the best I’ve ever had. My bookings are always a little more complicated because i‘m a wheelchair user and with their WhatsApp chat service they ask you if you have specific requests. Then they contact the hotel for you and arrange everything! Hurray :)

I had a wonderful experience booking through athotel. The website was seamless, the payment went through easily and I called the property to confirm they had my reservation to make sure I didn't get scammed and everything was perfect. I was contacted by a trip concierge as soon as I confirmed my booking offering assistance with everything from car rentals to excursions. I didn't use that option this time around but I absolutely will in the future. I've already recommended athotel to some colleagues I was traveling with and a few friends. Great experience.

I did go to your website - and none of the hotels I was looking for were there. The ig ambassadors have so many beautiful and luxury hotels on their reels and photos - But not to find on your website.

I don't think the @hotel lives up to the expectations.

I am so thankful that I found @hotel.com. I loved our hotel in Singapore (Village Hotel Sentosa). As @hotel.com said, there were no additional charges in the hotel. We were not even asked for a deposit. The hotel was wonderful as expected. We were able to fully utilize the perks that comes with booking a hotel in Sentosa. The best part is that when I booked through @hotel.com I saved 20,000 Philippine Pesos compared to other booking sites. I am so happy I am recommending this site to family and friends.

Literally does not work. Got an ad for it. Signed up. Made a search and it wouldn’t load the results. Tried a few things, did’t help. So a waste of time.

the vicinity is peaceful and accessible to bus stations, while the room is clean there are small cockroaches roaming around. no facility for breakfast good thing the refreshments in the fridge are free. overall, a pleasant experience for the whole family!
