I have tried a number of meal preps and find this to be the best one yet, the meals are a good variety, fresh ingredients and large quantities of meat rather than just full of fillers like other meal prep. Delivery is reliable and customer service is personal that other companies lack. All in all a 5 star service.

I have been working with Athlete kitchen since joining the club, 3 months ago.
We work with them on a specific player to help them hit the demands of a premier league and champions league schedule. This player has seen the difference in terms of recovery and energy - being the most available and high performance player of the season so far.

As a nutritionist, they have taken to our guidelines well and delivered them as tasty meals that hit the advised targets.

The quality of food right now is currently the best it’s ever been, you can tell Danny has poured his soul into the concept and since Rob the chef has joined from Grounded Brothers restaurant it feels as if you have a personal chef doing your nutrition. It takes the decision making process of cooking away from my everyday life allowing me to focus on business and family goals. Great work team, highly recommend.

Brilliant meals with real variety and very easy to count calories, used to find meal prepping boring but these meals allow me to eat meals I normally would whilst maintaining my diet. 10/10
