Great location in central Glyfada, in a quiet residential area close to all shops and public transport connections.

From the minute you step in the experience is superb, similar to any spa I've attended in UK/Germany (which is unusual for Greece) the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the decor is clean, modern and tasteful. The products used are locally sourced which I love, and all natural.

This was my second time visiting now - I've done floating, reiki and deep tissue massage and will certainly be back for more!

I had an incredible experience here! I’ve always wanted to try a float tank experience and I had no idea they’d have one in Athens! It was so cool to feel absolutely weightless and just completely relax in the pod. My meditation turned into a nap haha.

I’ve also been to the spa twice for reiki! This is literally the only place in all of Greece that offers it. The girls inside have a wonderful energy! Definitely great for balancing your energies, especially if you’ve been feeling a little blocked or stressed. Definitely recommend Niara (maybe spelt Neara? ) or Sabrina for this!!

I went with a friend and she said the reflexology was to die for! I’m super ticklish on my feet so I sat that one out 😂😅
