I'll start off by saying I love the products I've used. My issue is with a policy of no notice before payments are taken from accounts. I have quite a few subscriptions from Amazon, Earthbreeze and Verb energy bars. Each one of these companies contacts me days before payment is taken. I am able to make changes, add to my orders and postpone because of the notice. Athena charges and ships before I can postpone or add to the order. For this reason, I have decided to end my subscription with you. Molly was great buy I could see her hands were tied. I was charged twice in 3 days. Molly was able to reverse one of the charges.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I moved and needed a new sticky back for my magnetic razor hook. They don't sell then separately but offered to send one out free of charge. Their customer service is the best!! Oh, and so are the razors!

I never received an order
I never received an order. So, when I log in 2 c when I was gonna get my order it said I got 1 in Dec. N I never received it. I emailed the company n let them know. Had no problems what so ever. They r sending me a replacement of tue order you didn't get. I'm sticking with this company. I just gotta remember 2 check up on my orders.
Magnet replacement
They got me a replacement for the magnet to my razor super easy and quick. I’ve moved twice and they’ve helped me each time get a new magnet for my shower. I hope the next time I move next year that it’ll be just as easy to get a replacement.
