The assistant that answed the phone to me, took all my worries away. I'd bought tickets twice my mistake, horror of what I did. She was very patient with me and managed to get tickets I bought twice were refunded Thank you

Fantastic service with empathy

After booking duplicate tickets by mistake I eventually got through to a very understanding gentleman by the name of Joe. I was obviously panicking because it was a lot of expense. Joe spoke to his manager. Explained the genuine mistake and rectified the booking swiftly and efficiently at no extra expense. Thank you Joe 😊

I was booking ticket for the pantomime…

I was booking ticket for the pantomime at Milton Keynes Theatre. Katie was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I ordered 7 tickets one of which was for my disabled grandson. We required tickets at the end of a row with a good view and no one in front of us. Katie found just the right seats. She was very professional but very friendly. I hope she books my next tickets. May people would learn a great deal from this experience. Thank you Katie.

Terrible booking system

appalling. no customer service whatsoever. the website is the only way to book tickets and the payment options have been greyed out for 12 hours, we tried using the pc and two mobiles, tried paypal and cards but the pay now button is greyed out. This awful organisation seems to have a monopoly on tickets in the UK, and is completely inaccessible and unresponsive, a prime example of broken Britain, we want to spend money, we want to see a performance and they are the only means to do that but their site doesn't work.
UPDATE: I eventually found an email, they really try to hide this, but the automated response advised a 10 day response time.
And finally I found the problem, a box where you can note if there are blind or deaf ticket holders and you must enter a number even if it is zero. How can a ticket booking website in 2026 not have a smart system which highlights any box which is not correctly completed.
Avoid ATG if you can but theatres everywhere seem to have allowed them complete control of tickets.

ATG - Complete waste of money

Having wasted well over an hour trying to solve my problem - in my opinion:

1. Apart from being very irritating "bots" are of little use if the algorithms are badly designed.

2. In my case the "bot" could not deal with a simple question pointing out that I was being charged booking fees.

3 There does not appear to be any way to contact a human being as the "bot" just directs customers back to the site where there is a box to put the query in .

4. Putting the query into the box provided just led to a number of unanswerable questions as I was dealing with two shows and two dates. I was not prepared to go through the whole process twice where it could have been answered simply by a human being.

5.The overall trustpilot 2 star rating is overgenerous

6.The £50 subscription is a complete waste of money

If there is no response to this review nothing else needs to be said.

tried to buy tickets online in…

tried to buy tickets online in September and always get the same message payment failed when i ytry to pay.Contacted them over the phone and they took payment got the voucher in time for my sister's 60th Birthday.Tried again today and yesterday and same message that's been on there for months still showing"payment failed" Phone dthe helpline on the message and told to retry on line with different browser and different card,still no joy.The Lady basically said we cant do anything.Retried online still nothing,phoned helpline again and was told they could helpandget it sorted as I had oriinally paid over the phone a couple of months ago.Guy was great and spoke to his manager who then informed him can't be done overb the phone and I would have to travel to Sainsbury's and buy a voucher.Dreadful service and outdated website .The message has been on there for months.I basically said don't you want my money or anyone else's money?

LI EXCELLENT COSTOMER SERVICE

Most helpful with exchanging our tickets as an access member Li went the extra mile to find us similar seats in the same location with only a small exchange fee who can argue with that.
There is a wait time but that is to be expected at busy times of the year, you’d probably get through shorter time to call when lines open first thing in the morning .I have to say I have never experience any issues with AGT costomer service and you can get reasonable seating if you spend a little time looking prior to the call to have idea exactly what your expecting for this service . EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND AND VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS .HIGHLY RECOMMEND .****

No respons

I have been trying to get through to customer services over the past month and not one call has lead to an actual answer. I cannot book tickets on line as wish to use theatre tokens which you can only do via telephone even though the message given once you click on option to use tokens directs you back to online bookings. So frustrating .

ATG RIP OFF MERCHANTS

I'd rate 0 if it was an option. An update on my problem. ATG STILL haven't refunded my money for a show we missed on the 23rd September due to bsl no longer being available. THEY sent a refund to a bank im no longer with, they told me they had traced that payment, so, they know i didn't recieve it. After a lot of phone calls i now have proof the account is closed, i sent it to them. Guess what, they still haven't returned MY money, disgusting behaviour.

DISRESPECT OF THE ELDERLEY

Hi Mark,

I have again been in touch with AGT tickets requesting vouchers for my friend.

They have said that they will look into this again.

She has now suffered a fibromyalgia attack from the worry that your Company has caused her.

The least you can do is support her and issue her with vouchers.

Impossible to exchange ticket even with ticket protectionI

I ordered an expensive ticket for The Weir at the Harold Pinter theater on their ticket site ATG tickets from abroad . I immediately saw I had made a mistake in the date asking for a ticket on the 13 October 2025 in stead of November
I made a request to exchange ticket for any date between -3 and 17 th November 2025z. Received the reply below

Your request has been given a Case Request ID (41769931).

BUT after receiving a problem solved message have been unable to contact them . The price I paid included ticket protection

. No reply from their box office

I will only be in London from the 12 th till the 18th so do not know where to turn for help

Reece saved the day.

I would have given a 5 for the young man Reece who was really good once I had got through the system. He was very helpful and sorted out our change of tickets in a jiffy, I would not have used the phone but it is not possible to make the change I required on the website. The phone is dire. It would have been really helpful if it had told me what number in the queue I was or how long the wait might be.
