Excellent service from start to finish. Sean gave good advice and no pushy sales pitch. Fitters Rob & Mike were excellent...worked hard all day....lovely finish to windows & doors. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend

What was meant to be a three day installation was completed in two days. The two installers were excellent and worked non stop leaving the house clean at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the door/windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atcost. Also Frank and Sean in Sales were very helpful and informative throughout the experience.

Badly fitted bifold doors. Seals have been incorrectly fitted too short in places.

Two perfect windows and replacement units for another four units that had blown. From the initial enquiry to the fitters everything was handled very professionally and promptly. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and friendly and left the house as they had found it cleaning up their mess after finishing their work. I will be definitely recommending them to all who ask me and I shall have them back when we do the extension.

Very disappointed with Atcost today.
Atcost fitted double glazing right throughout my bungalow 20 years ago and we were pleased with the work.
However, several of the windows have now become fogged between the panes, but when I asked for assistance to replace all these windows, I was told "It's too far to come for a bit of glass!"

This company fitted windows for me 22 years ago and are still great.
For those reasons above I chose them again, Except this time it was a mammoth task of NOISE POLLUTION and very challenging.
The surveyor called and suggested Acoustic windows and after he checked his design parameters carefully with the manufacturers he was confident it could be done.
Communication was excellent with the office staff and engineers throughout. Installation took place on 17-3-22 and the fitters were great, Even doing extra glazing to help with the noise. There finishing was faultless and even hoovered up "wow"
But the Mammoth task I talked about earlier was would the design and fit stop the horrendous noise from 5000 artics and lorries every day 24 hrs hitting a NEW speed hump put outside my house.
Simple Answer is "YES BEAUTIFULLY" Ime amazed and even sleep right next to it and cant hear a thing. [hard to believe but true]
