Their chinstrap is not adjustable. Maybe I should have noticed, although it is an unexpected anomaly in the chinstrap world. I asked for a refund; they said they'd send me about half of the purchase price, I pay the shipping, and only if I hadn't opened it. How was I to know whether or not it fit?!
They use wrong image from their website, easy to order wrong items. I ordered Lancets received wipes. if I return wipes, I lost my shipping cost of $8.50 and plus I have to pay return cost to get 5 bucks back. they don't admit their mistake, they don't improve their website to be clear, don't let customer keep making mistake. so order from Amazon or ebay, never do business with ATC medical
