ATA Holidays Reviews

Very well organised and executed holiday.
Felt very looked after and never left waiting.
Tour guides and drivers communicated appropriately and we always knew what was happening when and they took care to maintain our safety. So personalised, the choice of hotels and restaurants were always exceptional.

A very big thanks to all the guys at ATA holidays for a fantastic golfing holiday in Vietnam. From luxurious transfer from airport to hotel, to not having to lift a finger for all transfers to and from golf courses. A superb package deal from start to finish at a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended. Thanks again guys. Rob.

We had a fantastic experience with Tiffany at ATA Holidays. Our Vietnam trip was well thought out, catered extremely well to our needs (a big group of 13) and was very good value for money. Tiffany was very responsive... which included fixing an airline ticket mistake (that was my fault) over the Christmas break. Great service and highly recommended if you're thinking of a trip to Vietnam.

Tiffany at ATA made planning our private tour so easy. The process was professional, informative and tailored to our group's interests and schedule. This is my second private tour booked through ATA and I would not book a Vietnam trip without ATA.

Vietnam is a wonderful country and culture to visit but our guides really gave us insight into the regions, local values, food and culture. All our guides were beautiful human beings with a gift for sharing their love for Vietnam.

Just returned from 13 night golf trip to Vietnam, have to say Tiffany did a fantastic job of organising it, transport, hotels and courses were the best. The hotels were top quality and transportation was seamless, our cruise on Halong bay was magical, couldn’t wish for a better trip

Tours we did were original, authentic and interesting. We visited places not normally available to the average tourist. People were pleasant and accommodating. Hotels apart from one were brilliant.

Thank you, ATA Holidays, for an unforgettable trip to Vietnam! From start to finish, their outstanding service made the entire experience stress-free and incredibly memorable. The carefully selected hotels were not only luxurious but also perfectly located, offering comfort and convenience at every stop. The recommendations provided by ATA Holidays were exceptional—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Vietnam's rich history and vibrant culture. I couldn't have asked for a better way to explore this beautiful country, and I can't wait to book my next adventure with ATA Holidays!

Excellent communication and recommendations from Tiffany. Drivers always on time.
Loved 3 of 4 golf courses, Hoi An generally and the hotel locations were also ideal.

ATA holidays were simply brilliant in organising our family trip to Vietnam. Every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble and after sales service was outstanding. We were a group of 9 and our trip was seamless. Thank you ATA

From the time we were collected at the airport in Ho Chi Minh City and dropped back at the Airport for our flight home - EVERYTHING in between was arranged to the minute. TICK TICK TICK
Golf Courses TICK TICK TICK
Accommodation TICK TICK TICK

When booking a trip to Vietnam I would not use any other travel agent. Tiffany is so responsive, informative and helpful from the outset.
However ATA's service and responsiveness was second to none when we left a bag behind when transferring from one destination to another. Completely our fault, yet the ATA team sprung into action and helped us to locate the bag, and reschedule transfers etc.

We did a Cambodia and Vietnam tour organised by Tiffany. I'm writing this review because Tiffany and the team have been nothing short of amazing. Tiffany is super efficient, communicates promptly and even gave options when there was a choice of hotels or cruise ships. She made all the necessary arrangements for my elderly mum (who had had a fall in the weeks leading up to the trip) and everything went exactly as planned. She even got us out of trouble with my dad's visa (I had made a mistake and forgot to update it till just before the flights).  We've been so impressed with this company and were thrilled to learn they do other Asia tours in addition to Vietnam. Will definitely be using ATA travel for our next trip!
Extra special thanks to Tiffany and all of our local guides and drivers who were fantastic. In Cambodia, Nin and our driver Mr Kong were truly fantastic. Informative, professional, reliable, friendly and helpful. In Hanoi our guide, Hoang, and driver were equally fantastic.
I would highly recommend ATA and look forward to our next adventure with them!

I rarely write reviews, but I received such exceptional service with ATA holidays, that I feel I need to share. Living in the United States, it is always daunting paying an overseas company a large sum of money for a trip. After reading other positive reviews, I took the leap, and I am so glad I did. This was the trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. In the planning department, we worked with Tiffany, and she has excellent communication and organization skills. Tiffany was extremely prompt with any questions/changes, and she made the seemingly impossible happen when we had a visa issue that was my fault. We had a private driver AND private English speaking guide the entire trip. Our hotels and the golf courses far exceeded our expectations, and the company seemed to think of any possible need we might have in advance. Many of the golf courses we played were designed by famous golf course designers, and the hotels were really exceptional. The guide waited for us the entire time we played golf, and made communication seamless. The guide was also helpful in making restaurant recommendations and giving local history explanations on the drive to the golf course. We did the ATA Vietnam Golf Adventure package (10 rounds), and we even extended our stay 2 days to have time in Ninh Binh and Hanoi, which ATA holidays organized at a very reasonable cost. ATA holiday had many special touches….like complimentary fast-track through immigration services in Saigon. Upon arrival we were escorted through special passport control, while lines of several hundred other people had to wait. The skill of the drivers provided are an adventure in its own right (you will understand if you have ever seen driving in Vietnam). Many of the hotels were carefully chosen, and really added to our experience. We will recommend this tour company to all of our friends who want to travel to this area!

I just returned from a 5-day trip to Cambodia with family and loved every second! My second trip with ATA Holidays! We went to Siem Reap and had the chance to visit all the famous temples, including Angkor Wat, with a very experienced and enthusiastic tour guide, Vichhai. The itinerary was well-planned. Some of my favourite activities were visiting APOPO to learn about landmine detection rats, watching the incredible Phare Circus and shopping at the night markets. I loved getting everywhere on the tuk-tuks as well - very convenient and affordable. Thank you ATA Holidays :)

We were very happy using ATA, we booked a 7 day cruise on the Mekong river through them.
Tiffany was readily available when we had queries and did a great job trouble shooting when our original booking was cancelled by the boat company, creatively negotiating a solution that fitted with our plans.
Our trip was amazing, we loved every minute.

I have just come back from an amazing trip to Vietnam. ATA Holidays booked for me the great deals for the best service. Tiffany and the team at ATA went above and beyond. So much attention to details and always booked the most convenient times for so we were not in a hurry and have THE BEST time away with my family. The staff are very professional and friendly. They always give you best advice. Highly recommended! AAA++++

Tiffany from ATA Holidays took out all the hard thinking for us, we just needed to show up to the airport with packed suitcases! She emailed us things to do around the locations we were staying and tips and tricks to help us around. Our flight home was changed, this was communicated to us via email, Tiffany was on point with all communication.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Went to Vietnam with a family of 8, excellent Holliday, was well organised, all transfers, tours and flights went as planned if there are any changes Tiffany will keep you updated, thanks again, Steve.

We went for our 60th birthday golf tour to Vietnam first week of September for 2 weeks (12 people).
I cant thank Tiffany enough from ATA Holidays who arranged our trip. She was very meticulous throughout the whole process, assuring and reassuring all our concerns. Her team in Saigon were equally excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The rep in Saigon gave us his mobile number and told us he was available 24/7 if need be, and on a couple of occasions did have to speak with him... he answered and advised every time .....amazing, that's customer service.
Thank you Tiffany and all the ATA team keep up the good work.

AMAZING! Tiffany and the team at ATA went above and beyond. Perfect week away in Vietnam. So much attention to detail and honestly THE BEST time away with my friends. Loved every minute and highly recommend! Vietnam is such a great place to go for a holiday. Didn’t have to think about anything. Thank you ATA for an amazing holiday and memories to last a lifetime.
