After contact with the customers service they have helped with solving the problem and they send it right away . The best you can take the refill for the bambu the pla print very nice and they have the great colors maybe some extra colors would be great thanks for the service
Great pla refil works perfectly with Bambu spools. Instructions are a little inconsistent, doesn’t clearly show you need to cut the plastic retainers, I thought maybe they might pull away like the Bambu refills, but not a big deal just would be good to clarify that on the website instructions and the video. Coral colour looks great and it is printing well, it is quite matte which I wasn’t expecting but it looks nice. Postage was fine but it stopped being tracked after it left the Netherlands but that could be just my local posts fault, it was delivered during the predicted window. Overall very happy 👍

I don’t normally review but I have been very satisfied with the product and services from ata 3d. They offer an alternative filament to the expensive bambu brand refills and are very quick to respond with updates on stock availability etc.
