The dress did not look anything like the picture in the image, looked like a full skirt (probably held out by something behind), but was just straight down. Also, very cheap polyester fabric. Company wouldn't allow return because it was on sale. Never again!!!
I ordered a dress that looked lovely on line. It took a month to arrive and the material is a very poor quality polyester and the length about 6" too long. (I am 5'9", so I don't know who this length would fit!)
I had checked the return policy before ordering at it said Full Return Guaranteed! When I contacted them they offered me a 15% credit of my purchase price or a $60 gift card. I said I wanted my money back, as advertised. They said they only gave a refund if the item was lost or damaged and then offered me a 20% refund and a $70 gift card. When I refused and said I wanted my money they said I had to pay a $10 admin. fee, postage and custom fees to a place in China and "IF" it arrived I would get a refund! This kind of response is unacceptable and I would advise you to take your business elsewhere!
One shirt in two different orders was very small and the return process cumbersome. Otherwise the orer was fine
The ASVORI styles and photos were beautiful. In stark contrast, the garments I received were looked and felt so cheap, flimsy, and tacky that it is hard to believe that the website photos could have featured the same items. At the advertised price, third world fabrics and construction can be expected, but I have personally bought garments in China, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Greece, Albania, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Romania, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia -- to name some -- ALL of which were of infinitely higher quality of fabric and construction and at lower cost (these looked like a 7th grade home economics project). BEWARE particularly of this company's return policy, which in my experience most buyers do not consult before ordering. Asvori's returns are so restrictive as to potentially cost more than the products, if not possible at all. I order online all the time, including used items from EBAY and items from Amazon that originate in China, but these generally positive experiences did not prepare me for this terrible company and its terrible products. The references at their "About Us" link used the terms QUALITY and LUXURY to represent them. If the 10 or so unusable garments I received squashed into plastic bags and wrinkled actually represent Asvori quality, these terms could not be farther from the truth. In closing, the customer service team tells you that it is "happy to help". Although I have received many emailed ads from Asvori (including request for a rating which, when clicked, led only to another ad), I have received no responses to two emailed messages so far. I would not be surprised if they are waiting for their 14-day return window to close..

Dear Asvori
I am very disappointed with this order. We discussed my size in detail, and I felt confident you understood. Unfortunately, the product I received was not correct—it arrived one size larger, with the tag cut out. I could not even get it over my shoulders.
When I reached out, I was first offered 20% back, then 40%, then even 70% off my next order. I have no interest in trying again with your company since you have already missed the mark twice.
I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label. It is not fair for me to cover the cost of returning an item that was not sent correctly in the first place. Asking customers to pay high international return costs when the mistake was on your end is unacceptable.
Please process my refund in full and provide the return label. If this cannot be resolved properly, I will have no choice but to report this matter as fraudulent business practice
I ordered a dress, which looked very nice online. I used their size chart and when it arrived, it did not fit. the quality of the material was beyond cheap. I contacted them and they offered me $3.50 and would not take the dress back. Can you believe that? What a joke. The other option was $17.00 on my next order as if I would ever order from them again. May do a dispute with my credit card, but what a hassle!
