This company is clearly fraudulent

This company is clearly fraudulent, recent made a purchase and refusing to ship the prodcu and had to apy extra for a shipping company which again was fraud, this has cost me over £400 and have been treated disgustingly, from being told "I speak much" to a member asking to receive photos of myself which is clearly unacceptable, I also have proff of communications between myself and the company and will be forwarding this case to google via IP look up to black list this site on their engine alongside following protocol to get this cmompany baned.
