One of the easiest customer experiences that could be possible, 100%, fitted the tracker and it connected straight away (I usually spend a day trying to get a device to function) Communication with James and Phil was easy and were happy to answer any questions and quickly too, android software is very easy to use too, Im very happy with the tracker and their service 👍👍

We purchased this device approximately a week ago and have conducted thorough testing. It performs flawlessly, demonstrating excellent build quality, robust sealing, and remarkable accuracy, complete with real-time updates. This system offers the best live tracking capabilities for its price point. Previously, I tried a Chinese model, which required me to send a text to receive a response; it lacked live functionality and presented numerous issues. I highly recommend this device, especially for companies managing a fleet of vehicles. Additionally, the live customer service support was consistently available to assist with the setup process.

wanted a tracker for my car to test for a work based project and decided to give one of the Astra Telematics devices a go as there was no subscriptions for the first 5 years.
the device itself was a breeze to fit [either a 2 wire or plugin OBD connector]
had issues registering the device on the Astra Telematics web site, but after a quick chat via the chat box on the site i was up and running [very good customer service].
software is very user friendly and the App is handy, very impressed that you can show your realtime location with anyone you choose.

Purchased on recommendation from a friend. Have to say the service from Smart Fleet was second to none. Excellent communication and super fast despatch even over the Xmas period.
Device itself was easy to install with the app and web interfaces easy to navigate.
5 yrs tracking with no ongoing cost is a big bonus

Ordered mine from Amazon, seamless process. I have the SmartFleet AT202 5 Year 4G Wired GPS , Installation was straight forward and Simple.

However I had a couple of questions about functionality and how the additional wiring could be used, so I contacted Phil at Smartfleet/Astra Telematics, with a couple of queries and he got straight back to me, very helpful and friendly people.

Service from the system its self has so far been flawless.
Overall Can't fault it and the cost, quality and service, I don't think can be beaten.

Bought this tracker had few hiccups from my end (my fault) and james was brilliant best customer service I've ever had even on a Sunday talked me through everything working great now once again thank you

I bought this tracker because of the included 5 years subscription, most others are cost of device plus annual subscription. The device is also multi fit ie with ODB poet or hard wire. Really easy to set up, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely essential piece of technology to keep your vehicle safe, may seem expensive compared to others but they have a rolling subscription where as this comes with 5 years with no messing about, so easy to install, and the tracking accuracy is spot on

When I first saw Astra on the Amazon web site the read up was quite impressive but being very reasonably priced I obviously wondered what the equipment would be like and how easy it would be to install and operate. It turned out that the equipment was excellent, the service I received from the manufacturers was second to none and the whole installation was carried out and assisted by Astra without any problems whatsoever. I must say that since using the equipment I am impressed and content with the company and equipment which is a great relief when you often purchase on line and find yourself abandoned immediately after you have paid. This was by no means the case with Astra as nothing appeared too much of a problem for James their `MD and even my installer was impressed by the service we received. It is now a few weeks on since the installation and to date everything is running in an excellent fashion.

Really easy to install as standard using 3 wires, positive,negative & ignition switched wire, just used a light up tester. App is easy to use too nothing complicated. No sim card to install, simple to activate. Used it few trips today,Pleased so far. Sends alerts when engine starts and stops,shows speed,distance,etc.lots to view. I would like to add an immobiliser in to it in future.

Look no further if your after a secure tracker!!
Did my research and these are the ones, British company that make the devices/app/Web interface which is solid and seamless. No bloatware or spyware like some of the other foreign devices can manifest.
Customer support is above and beyond, device was easy to install and setup with loads of online help also.
And this device came with 5 years worth of service and warranty with no hidden costs/upgrade or bank info needed.
I feel safe using the SmartFleet device/app with my car.

I needed help with my tracking system and they were the only company that helped really wanted to assist. I sent them my tracking device and they sent it back a couple days later even better. Super happy both staff super helpful especially James knowledgeable technical support and great customer service and price . I'll be Back in future or recommending First Class !

I recently purchased a battery tracking device from
Astra Telematics. There were some initial activation issues, but the level of support and responsiveness from James in resolving the issues was superb. The issues were all dealt with very promptly and then going above and beyond, James not only advised me about the best settings for my particular circumstances in using the tracker, but he also made a point of staying in touch to check that all was working as it should. Overall, I could not have asked for more in terms of customer service - it was first class!

I currently have two live Astra GPS trackers, I've self hosted my own open source tracking solution for nearly a decade but ran into a few problems recently, the team at Astratelematics helped me diagnose an ongoing issue and migrated me onto their own hosted solution and SIM. I can't thank them enough for getting me back online reliably which is key. James in support is super responsive and patient when dealing with technical issues. Their tracking solution SmartFleet is in a different league compared to my old open source solution, it's getting regular updates which is also critical from a consumer perspective.

Overall I can't recommend the team at AstraTelematics enough, the hardware is top quality, not tied into an expensive hosting solution and you have the ability to configure all of the parameters yourself with a serial cable so very future proof.
