Clear Signs of Fraud

They are now refusing to allow signing into accounts as they do not want people to have evidence of their transactions. Please go to the SEC and FINRA websites to file arbitration and complaints to recover your money. For FINRA, just search for "FINRA File an Arbitration Claim"

The shareholders are: John Rhodes, Michael Daly, Carolyn Carty, and a few others. Pull up their information through FINRA and be sure to include their broker license numbers in your report.

This review is misleading and lacks any verifiable information. It follows a familiar pattern used in fake and spam reviews aimed at discrediting legitimate platforms like Astoria Capital Markets.

We have thoroughly reviewed our records and found no withdrawal request matching this vague claim. Astoria Capital Markets maintains a clear and transparent withdrawal process, and all verified clients receive their funds as scheduled, provided they follow the proper procedures.

If this were a genuine concern, the reviewer would have reached out to our 24/7 support team with a valid transaction ID or account information, none has been provided. This kind of vague accusation is a common tactic used in spam attacks to create doubt and potentially redirect users to fraudulent sites.

We urge readers to disregard this baseless claim. Astoria Capital Markets remains fully committed to integrity, client satisfaction, and providing a secure trading environment backed by years of proven success.

Is it scam?

I invested in this company about 5 months ago. And when I wanted to withdraw, they asked me 400 dollars as a fee so that I would not have any problems with my withdrawal. I made a withdrawal last week but they won't let me. The support team doesn't answer and their online chat is disconnected. I don't know what to do and I need my deposit and interest. Is there anyone who can guide me? What should I do? Does Astoria respond? Is it a scam? Astoria Capital Management is a fully certified organization regulated by both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These certifications are verifiable through official directories, confirming our legitimacy and commitment to transparency and trust. This is your slogan. So please prove transparency and trust to us across borders. After 3 month they don’t give my money. After 4 months they gave me an answer. Friends, I got a lawyer from SEC so I can get my funds from them. They didn't give me my money they gave me 42 trillion ethereum meta which is the most worthless cryptocurrency. They are lying to you SEC said Astoria is not under our regulation. I lost my money completely. Stay away from them they are lying to you. You know trust pilot doesn't allow sharing. That's why you want it. You're a liar. You want more money to withdraw.

Thank you for your comment. However, this review raises serious concerns due to several inconsistencies and a lack of verifiable information. After a thorough check of our records, we were unable to match any client case fitting the description provided. If you are a genuine client, we kindly ask you to share your transaction hash, registered email, or account ID so we can investigate and assist you immediately. Without this information, we cannot validate your claim.

Astoria Capital Markets does not charge hidden or surprise fees for withdrawals. Our support team is active 24/7 and continues to assist clients daily without interruption. Any claims of complete disconnection from support are not in line with our operational standards.

Unfortunately, we’ve observed an increase in fake or manipulative reviews designed to either tarnish our reputation or divert potential users to scam recovery services or competitor platforms. Posing as distressed clients is a known tactic in such attacks.

We are a legally registered and fully compliant firm, regulated under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other oversight bodies. Our long-standing reputation is built on trust, performance, and transparency, values we continue to uphold.

To the reviewer: if your claim is legitimate, please contact us directly with verifiable information so we can resolve this swiftly. Otherwise, this appears to be another unverified and potentially false review intended to create public doubt without merit.

We remain committed to the success and satisfaction of our clients, and we thank our community for recognizing and reporting misleading content like this.

My 3 star does not mention my…

My 3 star does not mention my experience, because I don't know is the company is good or bad , but I am going to check out about the ASM special plan , I claimed 50 k usd bounce in my balance yesterday, after I invested the 50 k in ASM plan , which I thought I got the profits and the company hold the capital ( bounce 50k ) which is the logic , whatever after I invested, I feel worried, I contact the support to give me the terms and conditions of this bounce , he talked to me that I must pay 5% from the 50k and it's profits, so I refuse that and I asked to cancel the bounce and profits from my account, they said it can't happen, why I don't know , the company can add 50 k to my account and they can't cancel it . I don't know what will happen later , if there is any new I will share it here , thanks for all

Just a bad service experience altogether. They just took a piss to another level by saying they won`t be giving me a refund. It is virtually impossible to speak to a person. "SpeedyService.tech" advice and guidancde was professional, clear and so helpful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to provide clarity regarding the concerns you’ve raised about incomplete payments and withdrawals.

Astoria Capital Management accepts cryptocurrency payments, which, as you may know, can sometimes result in discrepancies due to factors like network fees or errors in the amount sent. For example, if a user inputs an amount and fails to account for transaction fees, the final amount received may differ from what was intended. This is a standard challenge associated with crypto transactions and is not unique to our platform.

Our system is designed to flag incomplete payments for review; however, there are rare cases where such discrepancies may not be immediately evident until further actions, such as withdrawals, are attempted.

Astoria Capital Management is committed to operating with transparency and professionalism. As a regulated organization under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the safety and fairness of all transactions.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving your concerns promptly.

This review is completely false and presents a misleading portrayal of Astoria Capital Markets.

1. False Claims of Deception
The assertion that we lure clients with "flashy promises" and manipulate testimonials is entirely unfounded. Astoria Capital Markets is a regulated financial platform dedicated to transparency and integrity. Our clients receive accurate information about our services and potential returns.

2. Withdrawal Process
Claims that funds are unavailable or that we "pull the rug" are simply not true. We maintain a clear and straightforward process for withdrawals, and our customer service team is always available to assist with any issues clients may face.

3. Comparison to Other Platforms
While we appreciate the mention of other services, it is important to note that each platform operates under its own business model. Astoria Capital Markets stands out for its AI-driven trading insights combined with expert guidance, ensuring that our clients have access to reliable and informed investment opportunities.

4. Fake Review and Promotions
This review appears to be a fake promotion aimed at luring individuals to other scam sites. Such tactics are designed to mislead potential investors and tarnish the reputation of legitimate platforms like ours.

5. Challenge for Evidence
The reviewer has failed to provide any evidence of their claims. We challenge them to share the transaction hash related to their experience, as no such case has been identified in our records. The lack of substantiation further suggests that this is an attempt to undermine our reputation.

This review is completely false and misleading. Astoria Capital Markets is a legitimate and regulated financial platform dedicated to transparency and client security. The claim that we have disappeared with anyone's money is categorically untrue.

This appears to be an attack orchestrated by some individuals aiming to tarnish and undermine our company. We challenge the reviewer to provide the transaction hash of their payment here on Trustpilot to substantiate their claims. The absence of such evidence reinforces that this is a fake review intended to mislead the public.
