I have very recently become a small business owner and I obviously needed funds to get started I also needed help as I have never been on an endeavour like this before.
My first contact at Astmoor was a gentleman called Joe who went above and beyond to make sure that first of all I new the process and what was happening and what was going to happen next, I then discovered that Joe left the company for bigger and better and I truly hope he is happy in his new position. Then I started to work with Patrick (top man)and I thought the process of changing my contacts would have a pain explaining everything all over again but the communication between the two advisers was fantastic, Patrick knew everything about my case and he constantly kept in touch and me informed and dealt with my constant requests and questions professionally and the customer service felt more like a classy bed side manner.
It has been great to do business with Astmoor and if the future is kind enough and I expand my business I will not hesitate to get back in touch.

Really good service and really helped getting CBILS loan through when Funding circle and Lloyds both refused me. Business bank was slow with the funds took nearly a month but Patrick at Astmoor kept me up to date.
