Amazing Customer Service!! There was an issue with a bikini i purchased from ASTA but Thalia was estemely helpful and quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

Thalia was so helpful! I ordered a dress for my birthday and it came with a pull on the front as well as a small hole. She got back to me right away and helped me with an exchange! I’ll definitely shop here again after having such a great experience with her.

I bought my girlfriend a size too big for Christmas and had purchased the dress well outside there return policy dates. I emailed and asked if there was anything I could do and they were very kind enough to give me store credit. I would definitely purchase from them again, seem like a great team that work there.

Customer service was very polite and response. The products are super beautiful but definitely delicate. The shipping was standard, I received it about 7 days after ordering my items. On the website it states they don’t offer refunds just store credit which is true. I had to return an item and they worked with me to make sure I was happy and I definitely am!

I sent my package back 2 months ago, still haven't got my money back. have heard nothing from them and have contacted them on both email and instagram without success. would never recommend anyone to shop there. worst service!

I recently purchased a few clothing items and swimwear from Asta Resort. The quality is really great, and the packaging was so nice—it felt like unwrapping Christmas presents! I was especially happy with the sequin knit styles, they're so unique. I’m usually cautious with sequins because they can be itchy, but these are soft and comfortable, and fit me perfectly. Can't wait to wear!

I have been very unhappy with my purchases on ASTA Reaorts online purchases. Having paid 1 thousand dollars to date for a skirt and top we still have not received the top despite saying delivered, they told us our problem and contact UPS. They only send credits and not refunds despite very expensive products and I believe they spam some deliveries as we have never had an issue before. I not only won’t recommend the company as a reputable email shopping experience, I have contacted American Ezpress to dispute the charges. Terrible service. Not worth price or time.

I am writing this review about their customer service not their clothing. Their clothes are gorgeous. I’ve bought quite a few items however their customer support is non existent. I am a big time shopper of Staud, Aritzia, Cult Gaia, etc and always hear back quickly and promptly. I have been waiting to hear back for 10 days about an item I purchased and they still haven’t responded. Their autoresponder said responses are 24-48 days, I’ve followed up multiple times and I’m still being ignored. It’s so disappointing because I love their clothes but I will not continue to shop there because this experience has been so frustrating. I work in e-commerce as well. They should know better.

My item came with a massive hole in the back of the dress. DONT think the item was quality assessed. The seam is also completely falling out. Really bad quality and customer service hasn’t responded to me since questioning this.

Buyer beware...their site said allow 5 days for processing and 2 day FedEx shipping. 9 days and nothing. No response to my email inquiry from their customer service team. The dress won't arrive in time for my event so now I have to rush around in hopes to find an alternative. Lesson learned. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a couple bikinis from this webside before my vacation, however they did not show up on time. Therefore, I had no reason to keep the bikinis and wanted a return. I wrote them an e-mail, in which they explained to me that they ONLY offer store credit, but no payback. So I just lost a lot of money. I will never shop here again! Horrible quality as well. Do not even bother.
