False positive and no remorse!
I work overseas and needed a fit to fly certificate. I have been using lateral flows all over the Christmas period which had returned negative, all 9 of them! I had no signs or symptoms of COVID-19. I went for the fit to fly test and the results came back as needing a RETEST. The result then returned positive. When I received the results I headed straight for the NHS drive thru which was returned less than 24 hours later as negative. This is highly suspicious! Since then no one I have come into contact with since Xmas Eve (the day I started taking daily LTFs) has tested positive. Track and Trace have also recorded this down as a false positive. I have now missed my flight and work and looking at paying out another £60-70 for another test. AVOID!

I received an email to say the test had arrived in the lab.
Have now been waiting for 11 days and have not received result. Yes I have checked junk folder and website etc.

Extremely poor service
Only place we could find on Christmas day but a void result due to their error not mine. Told to contact an email that I was later told was not monitored and found the response slow and unhelpful. No refund and very unhelpful. Would not recommend them at all.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They would not refund our money for 3 DAY 2 tests despite me giving them 6 days notice that we had had a personal tragedy in our family.
The information suggests that refunds are allowed but then they tell you if you already have a HONEY reference number, this is not the case. Disgraceful behaviour.
I will ensure that this company is removed from the government approved list.

The only place i could find for a test on Christmas Day. Place was easy to find and the process was easy. Test result received the next day as promised.

We didn't get a result! 4 days and counting. Crazy over Christmas when you pay for a 24 hour turnaround to see your family. Clearly just out for the quick covid buck. We should be refunded for losing the whole trip with out families
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous, to the point where I'm questioning if I've just been scammed out of £118. Email with no booking reference numbers for pre-departure forms, I call up the number provided to be informed by an answering machine the number is no longer working. I email the email address provided to get an automated response saying it ALSO isn't working anymore. So I use the "24/7 ticketing system" on the page, which asks me for my D.O.B and departure date, both of which were never asked when I paid. I would advise anyone to avoid this site.
Nightmare for refunds, avoid!
Great for booking, nightmare for refunds! We booked our tests to return from France on December 14th paying £295 for 5 in person tests at a test centre, appointment for January 5th. France locked down 2 days later on December 16th. I clicked on links on website that I was guided to to arrange a refund but went round in circles as there is no refund option given even though t’s and c’s clearly state refunds are given up to 96 hours before. I emailed customer service, the email bounced back. I managed to find another email address and received a reply the next day confirming we weren’t entitled to a refund. We argued back and forth eventually stating our 2 week cooling off consumer rights before we received confirmation that we would receive a refund.
Extremely poor service from a company who appears to be trying to exploit the current situation.

Good price, no queue, but late results
The favorable price spurred ne on to choose your organisation for my children's pcr test (next day guaranteed).
However, he website and process for group booking is confusing, and could have caused us disruption to our plans had there not still been appointments free on our arrival, I suppose.
Nevertheless, we were seen quickly and ahead of schedule on arrival.
The results did not arrive the next day. We had to wait until the day after.

Worst company to use for PCR tests.Zero communication and no contact number to call when they get it wrong. Our test cane back on Xmas eve with the result of RETEST and they had no info to say if we needed to go get retested (which we couldn't as they were closed for xmas) then we got another email after I emailed them saying they would retest the same swab but they never put that in the initial email and we had to panic on Xmas eve to see where else to get an emergency test that night . They never apologized for the mess up and never refunded the money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Pretty disappointed that their was no contact number, when I tried to log a query on the chat support no response.
Then to receive an email stating that my test needed to be done again without providing any information as to why.

The test was swift and well managed by the employees at Edinburgh (well done!)
I was well informed of when my test arrived at the lab, when it had entered the testing process and then when I had my results.

Excellent service, used the Newcastle silver link office. In a group of four, two of us got our results within 24 hours the other two tests for some reason needed to be retested. Updates were sent regularly and we got those results only 4 hours later. Would definitely use them again

We arrived early by taxi
We arrived early by taxi. We entered and there was absolutely no-one there and no-one waiting. We were told we had to come back in 45 minutes, so ended up sitting outside in a taxi...paying a lot extra for the fare and enjoying the rain. The results arrived at 8.30pm tonight....delayed because of testing difficulties. I was hoping to be able to do some xmas food shopping as my mother is housebound..so will be having salad for Christmas lunch. I used your service 3 weeks ago...much better then..and more polite too. Some more flexibility is required I think.
