I booked to go to the test site for my day 2 international arrivals PCR after another company failed to deliver the test I had ordered 2 weeks before.
I received a confirmation email of the appointment. It all went smoothly at the test site. I received an email saying it had been collected and another to say it was in the lab for testing. Then it hit a snag as they emailed to say the test had to be retested for some reason and I did start to worry. More emails to say it was back in for retesting and then my result. The retest added a few hours but it wasn't too bad.
I would use Assured screening again, they maybe a bit more expensive than some others but at least they did what you pay for, other than another company which appear to be total scammers.
Do not use this company.
Our first problem was that the website did not enable us to register the tests before sending them off: this was sorted out by their customer services and we sent them off.
My Day 2 test sample could not be found. Eventually I was told that it had not been delivered by Royal Mail despite having been told 48 hours earlier that it had been received by the lab.
They offered no options other than a test at one of their centres (nearest 150 miles away from my home!) or a refund. They simply made the refund without any suggestion as to how I could get another test.
I was appalled and, after 5 days confined to my home, still have no way of meeting government requirements.
This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace! We booked 3 x day 2 tests but due to a positive pre departure test we could no longer travel. We contacted them to cancel the tests, but was told because we had completed the link in the email confirmation ( which stated we needed to do to confirm the booking and get a booking reference ) we were no longer eligible for a refund. So there booking terms and conditions state you can have a refund if cancelled 48 hours before the appointment but when you actually book they make you tick a box to say you cant have a refund once you complete the form to get a booking confirmation. Total scam!! As if it wasn't upsetting enough that a member of the party is now ill and we missed our trip, these also like to kick you in the teeth by keeping your money.

Although the Lab. staff were helpful and my result was delivered in time for us to travel to Romania, your testing site Unit 13 , Evans Business Park, in Ratho/ Edinburgh was VERY DIFFICULT to find. Please improve your signage and direction arrows to the site as it took us nearly an hour to find Unit 13 etc., even with an Edinburgh driver !!

Company won't give refund
Wish I had read the reviews before booking .cancelled holiday so don't need day 2 pcr tests so tried to cancel at £125 each said we carnt as we pressed the wrong thing when booking .Company will keep money until we change dates but I said we aren't leaving the country until May next year when the rule would have changed by then .He said they is no company policy for government changes so do they just keep our money when Boris says we don't need a pcr test to get in the country .

Previously booked a rtuk test with another company returned to uk on 5th December took test and no results so used assured screening very straight forward went to clinic on the 8th December. Came home and took lateral flow test which was negative. To my surprise my assured screening test came back within 24 hrs as positive I took another lateral flow test and that was negative again. I had no symptoms at all. So 2 days later took a gov pcr test and that came back as negative. So tried to contact regarding refunds as there results were wrong and I had been self isolating for 7 days already. But the replied saying all test are different how can 3 negative results be wrong to 1 positive then they blocked me on chat. Do not use stay clear unless you want to be isolating for 10 days.
Really hard to use website
Really hard to use website, took ages. Gave up, and it's really an insult that they have a chat box with an automated person that goes nowhere. Money given to another firm for above reasons.

Booked for our daughters pre flight PCR Christmas eve. No confirmation email received. Spoke to the robot 20 times plus and no reply. Telephone contact directs you to the website. £150 lost. Scammers. I would strongly urge you not to use
I paid for the next day test and…
I paid for the next day test and received today my results and it said re-test?! Apparently there went something wrong with my test and I should receive my new results within 24H, what a shame that my flight is tomorrow morning so I paid money for nothing! I had to book now a new test with another company to make sure I receive my results on time! I’m not recommending this service - there is also no contact number or email address to discuss any issues! Only a weird chat where you spend talking with a robotic

Do not use this company for any testing. Having followed the instructions by the letter for a PCR test sent off 71 hours prior to flight I only received my results 28 hours post flight. They are blaming Royal Mail - they recommend RM on their website. There are none of their dropboxes where I live in the UK so had no choice but to use a RM priority box. I had to pay for an expensive emergency pcr at Heathrow, miss my flight and wait 10 hours at the airport for the next one. They are refusing to give me any form of compensation. You can't win with a company like this - it's day light robbery in disguise, heartless and irresponsible. Is this just an indication of what is wrong with the UK at the moment?

Ihave booked our departure tests and day 2 tests. I need to cancel as their results do not fulfil the requirements for the country I am travelling to. The cyberbot has said a human will contact me which they haven’t. It seems the company are quicker to reply to negative reviews, so I’m trying this. The email address bounces back so can’t email or cal, them either , not happy !

Booked this test after issues encountered with the BOOTS Day 2 test, similar to comments on Trust Pilot. As I was already on Day 2, I could not put in my actual day of arrival when ordering the kit, which was held up until the following day. The only downside I can see to the test was that Edinburgh had a single dropbox at the lab itself, not easily accessible by public transport for the test to be dropped off. Results were quick by email once complete. I will definitely use this service again
If you want to talk to a limited robot....
This company does not seem to offer day 5 tests to release, but I wanted to verify that.
I spent one hour ¨talking¨ to their automated system called ¨Cyberon¨, which is supposed to be a ¨chat¨.
I did not get anywhere despite receiving several times the following message:
¨Your information has been passed to one of my human colleagues who will look into your query.
Thank you for contacting AssuredScreening.com.¨
Nobody came to the line. It is insulting.
A company showing such contempt for customers (and human beings in general) does not seem trustworthy to me.
And they should not call ¨chat¨ a box with a few prepared answers which never fit your query.

I did write in the ¨chat¨ box --several times, as a matter of fact-- what I needed to know.
Your helpful robot kept repeating the message above and signing me off every now and then.
The whole exercise took one hour. Unfortunately I was busy and did not copy the thread.
I was never prompted to provide an email.
Another family member also understood from the information provided that you did not do day 5 tests to release.
So maybe you should review your website.

I have booked a test, tried to cancel it or discuss the option of rescheduling with different turnaround time. However there is no way you can do any of these with confident as there is no way to contact them. No telephone contact. No human webchat. The cyberon only repeats same standard / wrong answers.

No way of contacting them. Call the number, it's discontinued as "we're focusing our efforts on online support;" use the sample online tracking system: "Our sample tracking tool has now been discontinued." The 24/7 online support is a bot called 'Cyberon' which is utterly useless. 'Cyberon' passed my query onto the human team more than 24 hours ago - no reply. Avoid this company like Covid.

Absolute THIEVES....I cancelled my 2 tests £198 late November via cyberon the automated service well within the date of my tests. I get a reminder for the appointment and then I query why and they say I did not cancel. They asked me for evidence of my interaction with the automated service but this is not given when using the service. The reply when within the no refund period is rapid and I am very suspicious about this, they have ripped me off. You cannot email or phone these people and rely totally on Cyberon, if there is an issue with this then it is the customer who suffers. I am a frequent traveller and will NEVER use these people again they are dishonest and have questioned my integrity.
