Worst experience ever with a company. Despite it taking a full week to get an awnser, this company then tell you that they dont trust your evidence and that it says what is required in the terms in conditions when all it states is that proof may be questionable so realistically they can say no to as much proof you provide. Shocking company stealing peoples money when they have infact used them to help incase such events they cant make.
No answer yet about the refund of my money after sending my medical report saying I’m not allowed to do big efforts.

Absolutely negative experience.
It seems that nobody is reading e-mails. After having received the communication of refund done, I do not know how and where I should expect to see my money.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this insurance. They charge 8€ when purchasing a race bib, yet when it comes to reimbursement, they only cover 80% of the costs, despite submitting all the required documentation. It feels like they’re taking advantage of their customers and treating us like fools. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
It was a good treatment, and I understand the delay due to the large number of participants and requests.
