Outstanding and Understanding support
I had to make a claim following an accident in France last year when a German motor-cyclist drove into the back of our camper van, damaging it, destroying the bike carrier and seriously breaking two electric cycles. Our motor-van insurance didn't want to know. Assetsure were straight on the case - communicating from our initial call by phone and email to update us on what they needed and how they could help at all stages. With the international element it was all a bit complicated, but again we've been supported throughout and, as the process was long-winded and we hadn't needed to make use of replacement hire-bikes (thanks to a great mechanic in France), we were even given full refund on a new carrier - not in fact listed as a covered accessory. So, superb service, for which we are extremely grateful and cannot make too high a recommendation.

When settling claims, we follow our policy wording which was provided to you immediately you purchased cover from us. The policy clearly states how claims are dealt with. We also gave a 30-day cooling off period if you wanted your money back after studying the policy.
