Bought an iSpindel from asset solution, the service and delivery was brilliant. They even emailed me to say any problems get in touch and gave their full contact details.
The iSpindel was easy to set up with their clear instructions and worked perfectly.
I gave 5* but this isn't really enough it should be 5*+ as customer service like this is rare these days.

Excellent to work with
Equipment arrived quickly, well packaged and perfect.
I had a technical question and they answered via email within an hour.

Great proactive service for iSpindels
I have a couple of I Spindels, one went chips (when I didn’t seat an o ring properly). Stuart was really proactive and I had the wet one repaired and returned within t days of posting it to them. Thoroughly recommend their kit and repair service.
The ispindel is great for getting a great homebrew of wine and beer with good visibility of fermentation and temperature control - and easily set up with the instructions given.

Great purchasing experience and solid product
Ordered the Ispindel full calibration and within the day they reached out for the rest of the info on setting it up before shipping.
Very nice and professional people. Hopefully have an excuse to buy something from them again.

Great customer support
Great customer support, I returned my iSpindel and Nautilis which I had failed to setup correctly (fiddly technology) and customer support reset and correctly paired and got working with my chosen brewing application very promptly. Immediately put to use with my fermentation.
