Assessors capture photos, short observation videos and dictated notes on site, including offline. Findings can be pinned to floor plans. AI drafts professional wording from those findings, grounded in HM Government guidance; it never decides. Ratings, recommendations and sign-off stay with the competent person. Fire is where we started. The platform also covers fire door inspections and fire compartmentation surveys, and further assessment types are on the roadmap.
