Assault Fitness' failure to deliver AssaultBike Pro-X

I placed my order for an AssaultBike Pro-X on 11/11/2025 with order number XXXX92 ($952.94 total). At the time of purchase, the website indicated it would ship as a pre-order with expected dates in (late 2025).
Since then, I have experienced repeated delays with no firm resolution:
Promised/estimated shipping dates have been pushed back multiple times via email and phone (“March 2026, then May, now August or later”). Customer service responses have been slow and generic, often just apologizing without providing concrete updates or options.
As of today (7/6/2026), I still have not received the product, nor has a refund been processed. Additionally, their customer service representative stated, "He was not confident in estimated August 2026 delivery timeline and if I was interested in refund, recommended filing dispute with my credit card company." I filed dispute today.
I understand supply chain issues can occur, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and timely communication has been very disappointing — especially after charging my card in full upfront. I’ve escalated this publicly (BBB, Reddit) because direct support has not resolved it.
I would caution others considering a purchase from Assault Fitness to be prepared for potentially long delays and challenges with fulfillment or refunds.

Stay away from them!

I am writing to share my experience regarding a treadmill I ordered. I never received the item after nine months, and I was eventually forced to open a dispute through my bank to recover my funds.

I strongly advise staying away from this company, as I believe it is a scam.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. I ordered a treadmill and assault bike Nov 3, 2025 and still haven't received anything. Support said it'd be mailed out by late Jan/early Feb but nothing has arrived. After sending another support ticket today I tried calling as I was within their business hours however could not get through to support and the call disconnects without an option to leave a message. I'm contacting my credit card to open a dispute. Those emails they sent a few months back with pictures of inventory at the warehouse must have been bogus and AI generated.

Great Treadmill - if you can get it - I could not.

I bought their best treadmill in January 2026 and although Assault Fitness (AF) processed my credit card for the nearly $5,000 payment immediately, I was told it was back ordered and expected to ship in late February - no problem - except February came and went. This exact empty promise of a vague future delivery window repeated itself 4 times with each email I sent, with the most recent mentioning a late July delivery date. I see they’re still taking preorders stating a late August delivery window. After 6 months of broken promises, I got nervous and filed a claim with my credit card company (CCC) and told AF. A week later AF confirmed my cancelled order and wrote that I might get a refund faster if I went through my CCC. After reading all of these reviews, I’m glad I went through my CCC. To be honest, I wished AF sent me my treadmill.

Terrible CS

Terrible CS, warranty is only good if a company will stand by their products — which are available in different forms from better companies — definitely avoid.

9 month wait so far.

Ordered a runner and rower in early November 2025. So far I have received 4 email responses giving me a time frame for delivery that keeps being pushed out. The latest projection for delivery in July 2026. The excuse has been the new production facilities overseas first being looked into and now not producing fast enough. It’s really making me wonder if this company has gone for cheaper production avenues while not lowering cost which will probably cause actual product issues like every other company that tries to maximize profits

Stay away

Ordered a treadmill during Black Friday 2025. Never got it. Repeated emails about delays, etc. When I finally asked for a refund, they said the best way would be to dispute it with my credit card company.
Was getting ready to take them to small claims for full price, pre and post interest, plus court fees, and refund finally showed up. Stay away.
In the words of ChatGPT:
If a company:

* Takes cash upfront
* Misses delivery by months
* Struggles to issue refunds

…it usually means cash flow strain or operational breakdown, not necessarily bankruptcy—but it’s not healthy either.

I ordered an Assualt Bike Pro X back in…

I ordered an Assualt Bike Pro X back in dec 2026 it is April 2026 and i still have received it. Was meant to be shipped in Jan 26. Delays on delays, lack of communication and then when emailed for an ETA they suggested an additional 2 month wait - pushing towards June 2026.

Do not bother ordering items from them, look elsewhere as the management of the company is joke!

Canceled order and then had to call my credit card company to get a refund because their finance department didnt wanna do the paperwork. Ended up getting a hyrox treadmill in less than 2 days.

If I could give a -ve rating

If I could give a -ve rating, i would. This company is awful, products might be good if you ever receive the products ordered.

Bought Assault Bike Pro X locally in…

Bought Assault Bike Pro X locally in Nov 2023. A belt broke despite minimal use in September 2024. I paid $200 to repair. Belt broke again in August 2025. I've been waiting ever since for replacement bike they promised to ship in December. I keep hearing excuses and told about delays. No response at all for a couple months. I wanted to use it to rehab after knee surgery.

Defective Assault Bike Pro X .. DOA ... no warranty help

Bought an Assault Bike Pro X brand new and it showed up with a loud knocking sound right out of the box. Not a minor issue — something is clearly wrong internally.

What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I reached out expecting basic troubleshooting or replacement parts, but they couldn’t even properly diagnose the problem and were unwilling to send parts to fix it. For a premium-priced bike, that’s unacceptable.

You’re basically gambling on whether you get a working unit, and if you don’t, you’re on your own.

Would not recommend.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. The company is horribly mismanaged, the customer service is as bad (if not worse) than I’ve ever experienced. You are better off going with a low-budget, North Korean quality pile of garbage company than Assault.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered my new bike last November and expected delivery in December. I have still not received my bike as of mid-March! I cancelled the order and now they can't process my refund. Warning: this company is actively selling items they do not have in stock. If you order a bike expect a 4-5 month shipping delay. If you ask for a refund, expect that to take an unreasonably long time as well. Some might call it incompetence but honestly it is closer to fraudulent!

Update as of 3/31/26: Order cancelled and Affirm disputed but still no refund. The company claims to be shipping but I have not read any reviews that confirm that. My nice new Rogue bike was ordered and delivered in less than a week. Excellent construction, shipping, and customer service from Rogue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

Had to file a credit card dispute for them to get my money back. They have NOOOOOO customer service. You will not get a response from them. No calling, no email, their chat bot DOES NOT work.

2 months after my dispute, we are getting letters from Fed Ex stating that we owe them money for the shipping for Assault Fitness when (ironically, shipping is free with their purchase), so that is something we got to iron out.

Moral of the story... Go with Rogue Fitness or somewhere else. DO NOT BUY

No treadmill. No refund

I ordered an Assault Runner Classic treadmill via pre-order on the Assault website in October 2025. Delivery was promised in Nov/Dec 2025. I had not yet received my treadmill or an order update in mid December. I attempted to call customer service and the line was not answered multiple times when I called. I emailed customer support and I received an email response that delivery was expected in January/February with no explanation as to why there was a delay. In early February 2026 I had not received the treadmill and requested a cancelation and refund. I did reach a customer service agent who informed me that many customers get so tired of waiting for refunds that they file claims with their credit cards to get their money back faster. This company will not say when my refund will be processed because accounting is "backed up".

This company has not been forthcoming with information and has been difficult to reach. I have now been waiting for a refund for over two weeks with no response to my email asking when I can expect to see a refund deposited to my account. There are other similar treadmills sold by companies that MUST treat their customers better. Shop there please.

Assault Fitness are Flat Out Scammers

If I could give Assault Fitness zero stars I absolutely would!

I ordered a Assault Runner Elite treadmill in April 2025, it was advertised that they would begin shipping in May. Well, as of today I still have yet to receive my merchandise. From what little investigation I’ve made, I am not alone. Also, I’m hearing that persons who have requested refunds have been told they cannot be processed at this time. For all the people still waiting for their treadmills - To throw salt in the wound, Assault Fitness is now doing a promotion where if you buy any runner, you get a free assault bike included. What an absolute joke. Screwing over everyone who has been waiting 9+ months for their treadmills with an offer that they can only take advantage of if they cancel their order and re-order, putting you further back in the line. This company is garbage!

I've had the same experience with…

I've had the same experience with Assault Fitness as others in that I bought an AssualtRunner Elite Treadmill in March of 2025, told it would ship in May, then June, then July, then September at which time I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Was promised a refund but of course it's never come and repeated attempts to contact them hasn't resulted in any return communication. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office as I have no other recourse that I can think of. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT do business with these thieves. You will certainly regret it!
